Superfoods greens blend. 3 g. Fiber it’s very important for health. I have some allergies on dairy. This protein amazing because contains dairy free.

Keep in mind that it’s plant-based and it is not based with sugar so it’s not sweet sweet it’s still sweet but it’s not enhance with sugar but monk fruit! I wish I would’ve drank it cold but I would’ve chugged it all the same it really helped with my workout. I was able to work out hard without crashing. Definitely adding this to my list the only suggestion I would give the companies have more flavours. I think the fruit flavours would be good instead of chocolate or vanilla but that’s just a personal preference.

It's a solid option in terms of nutrition, but the taste wasn't great. Not undrinkable, but definitely not something l'd enjoy regularly. I like the clean ingredients, but the flavor needs some improvement.

Most protein shakes can be bothersome to my stomach when eating them on an empty stomach, but I had no trouble with this one. The only downside was after which I couldn’t tolerate enough to finish the sample. It was very smooth and probably will go great when paired with coffee.

Very thick, almost like pudding. As a matter of fact, the first couple I put in a bowl and ate it like a dessert. Not a bad taste but not very drinkable. I then squeezed out a gulp and filled the container with water. Shake it up and it is passable. Would not buy this product again.

This is a high protein drink with very little sugar. 32 g of protein for 200 cal with zero added sugars is so ideal. Plus with the fiber, this is a no-brainer. The taste was much better than I expected, and I absolutely love that it’s vegan!
