Very thick consistency. So thick you cant shake it up. Some looked really gross. Not a great taste either. Had to add to coffee to use them up.

I can't tolerate dairy products but I still have protein macros I need everyday. This product helps fill in the gaps and it tastes great!

Great ingredients, no suger and tastes like it has all that as well. Super healthy, which means we sacrifice flavor. Try mixing it in a coffee!
