Great flavor! No Sugar Spikes from this. I use after my workout. Smooth, but not happy that it ks reduced oz.

Tastes amazing and actually tastes like it has sugar in it but it doesn’t, I love the high protein content!!

There's an aftertaste and it is VERY thick, I couldn't continue to drink it after a few sips. Wish I could've returned this.

The drink is good, but difficult to drink. Comes out to slow. You have to squeeze the bottle to drink. I prefer muscle milk.

I needed a protein drink that didn’t have dairy in it, well this was it. Great tasting, a little thick but I add a little water over ice…taste great!

This protein shake tastes great and isn’t overly sweet. I drink one immediately after lifting. You can’t beat the price for the amount of protein you get. And it’s Keto friendly.
