[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This just isn’t my favorite. I am not dairy free, but do try to limit dairy as well as sugar.. I consume protein drinks fairly regularly and this just isn’t that good. I find it very, very sweet artificially, and there isn’t much chocolate flavor.. if you’re completely dairy free, I would say it’s a good option but if you have the option to consume dairy, don’t pick this one up.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Texture is smooth and not gritty. Has a bit of an odd aftertaste, though, but a hint of chocolate, but overall, it's not a taste I enjoyed. It would be fine if you intended to drink it down very fast, but it's definitely not a take your time kind of drink with this flavor.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Only What You Need, I love that name. OWYN is a protein shake made with good ingredients and only what you need. The taste is decent, I don't like the aftertaste though which seems kind of bitter. It smells good and chocolatey. I think it's a decent value for the money.

Into mention it’s really sweet and it was thick to taste since it was a 32 on protein it kept me full but I did have to drink lots of water to be able to take that taste out I wouldn’t buy it for myself

Some protein drinks can taste awful so I am always curious on taste and macros when trying protein drinks. I really enjoyed the flavor, it was a velvety smooth chocolate that was absolutely delicious. I also love that this is 32g of protein for 200 calories!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was surprisingly very decent to drink. I have had other plant based protein drinks/shakes in the past that were absolutely terrible. This one was not bad at all. It does have an aftertaste, but it's manageable. It wasn't too sweet, the ingredients were not too bad and there was no preparation needed, just shake and drink. wouldn't mind drinking this on the go for sure! I will keep an eye out for it in the stores!

The flavor is good and there were no clumps. The chocolate flavor is excellent. The sweetener is the main reason I did four stars because I wish that it was a bit more subtle in flavor. It could be too strong for some but it was okay enough for me. I would purchase these for a good vegan quick protein snack in the future .

The chocolate flavor is rich without tasting artificial, and it’s great for a quick meal replacement or post-workout boost. Convenient, satisfying, and easy on the stomach.

I’m not a huge fan of sugar free stuff but it’s easy to get used to. Especially if you’re using this for work outs and or dieting. I would def recommend.
