I took it in the morning for breakfast. It's easily digestible and doesn't irritate my stomach. The ingredients help curb hunger for hours. I recommend it; it's like a meal replacement.

I could smell it soon as I poured out the drink, and it was all I could taste. I really wish companies would just use a tiny bit of real sugar instead of all these horrible tasting sweeteners. I could not get past two sips of this because it was so disgusting.

It still has more bean/nut taste than regular protein shake, but regardless it’s a great way to add protein into my diet. I like to drink these whenever I’m on my vegetarian and I can’t think of what to eat to increase my protein intake. I would recommend this to anyone in the same case.

I have had a hard time finding a protein drink that doesn't leave that after taste. It is dairy and gluten free so it would be good for someone who has an allergy. If you can get past the protein taste and want something sweeter that is zero sugar then I would give it a try.
