For me, I also want to be able to enjoy some sweetness time to time lol. I like to add a protein shake to my iced coffee’s when I’m feeling sluggish and hungry, hits the spot every single time! I found this drink to be smooth, creamy and didn’t feel like I was watering down the flavor. The chocolate tasted rich, I wish I could say there wasn’t an aftertaste…it definitely has an aftertaste but I’m so used to that so I just go with it lol. Hahaha! I’d rather enjoy the the benefits that this protein shake produces with its clean ingredients than a rise in my blood sugar. I like this! I can definitely see myself trying out the other flavors.

The fact that it has 32g of protein makes it perfect when I need something quick after a workout or when I’m too busy to cook. The drink is very thick so personally I dilute it or mix it into a shake. It’s also a huge plus that it has 0g sugar and 0g net carbs, so it feels like a clean option that still tastes like a treat. If you want a convenient protein shake that actually tastes good and keeps you full, this one is a win.

It taste like you're having a chocolate milkshake. Very creamy. Not to mention this is keto friendly! Which I love. I will definitely be buying this.

They need to be warmed up a bit from fridge temps before they can be shook enough to actually mix em up inside the terra pack. They're a bit too thick to just drink cold, kinda comical how they don't pour out literally at all at fridge temps lol globby. Also, if Flaxseed oil isn't your thing then you'll need to steer clear of OWYN.

I have had issues with using whey based protein shakes on daily basis in the past. I tried switching to a plant based protein but hadn’t found one that without the terrible pea protein aftertaste. OWYN seems to have conquered that barrier. Chocolate is the only flavor I have tried but it is the brand I have tried. The 32gm high protein shake is very thick. That would be my only complaint. You can drink it on the go but personally I like to thin it down with almond milk or make a smoothie! The chocolate taste is great though 😎
