I love chocolate protein shakes but I hate most alternative sugars and this one specifically has stevia which I really dislike the flavor of. It had a really creamy texture but very chalky taste I ended up using it in a smoothie with some strawberries and it unfortunately made the flavor worse. The flavor wasn’t that bad I probably could’ve looked past it if it wasn’t so chalky but with that and the stevia taste I just couldn’t 😞 I do think it’s a plus though for being dairy free since I’m lactose intolerant so I really like that and that it’s 100% plant based

This shake has about 32 gms of protein which by far is the max i have seen in any protein shake. As someone who’s been strength training and watching her protein intake, this is perfect. The drink tasted chocolatey, wasn’t too thick, had a slight sweetener after taste (but nothing too crazy) and didn’t taste chalky at all unlike some other brands i’ve tried before. I had it for breakfast in the morning and was pretty full throughout the day. It comes in an easy to carry tetrapak, so works best for me to consume on the go or at work!

I used half as a creamer in my coffee and it was amazing! The only thing I would change is having a whey protein shake. I like plant protein, but I prefer whey. Super yummy and gets the job done!

It also mixes well unlike some other premixed protein shakes I’ve tried. Sometimes whey protein can irritate my stomach so it is great to have another option. It’s great for traveling since it doesn’t have to stay refrigerated, but tastes better cold. Not sure about the value.
