I mixed it in with my coffee and had it over ice. It also is great. It’s it’s a nice size and it also had packs a lot of protein 13 g of protein is excellent value, especially if you’re a person who’s at the gym often and needs to have your protein on hand as far as energy. I don’t drink protein shakes for energy but the value the size and the protein is great I would recommend.

It didn’t have too bad of an artificial taste like they sometimes can have, and I was able to digest it smoothly (sometimes protein shakes make me bloat!). The protein content is great for the calories. The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is because of some concerns over potential heavy metals in Owyn brand shakes. I would feel much more confident drinking this and recommending it with more studies done!

First of all, it tastes amazing— like smooth chocolate milk. Second of all, the ingredients are amazing. There’s nothing weird or funky. 32 grams of protein is amazing!

I felt nothing after I drank it. The after taste was so bad I had to run and wash my mouth out. Potency and purity just wasn't there for me.
