I even pour them in my coffee as a substitute for creamer. It's such a better alternative bc it has 32 grams of protein and it's dairy free. I will definitely be trying out the other flavors.

This shake really helped curb my appetite and is great for anyone who needs a high protein diet or is trying to live healthier since a lot of the ingredients are genuinely good for you. I would have preferred a strawberry or vanilla flavor just to mix things up, and it would have been awesome to get more than one, but I am happy I got to try this and share my honest thoughts.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Tastes like any regular protein milk. Nothing out of this world. Compared to my dad to day profile milk brand I prefer my original. This one has extra texture and grittiness and you need to really shake before drinking. Feels weird putting the carton in the fridge to cool and then taking it on the go, makes the carton feel flimsy when it starts to warm up.

I also like the protein amount and low sugar. What I don't like: the taste isn't bad and tolerable but I've had better tasting protein shakes. Maybe it's the greens blend added to it? But I guess I like the fiber from that. My take is that I would buy it but may choose a different brand if it was sitting next to it at the grocery store for a taste I prefer.
