Hello Becky, Thank you for sharing your feedback on your Bentgo Chill Kids Lunch Box. We’re sorry to hear that the strawberries leaked juice onto the rest of the lunch. We understand how frustrating it must have been to open the lunch box and find that the contents had spilled. We take feedback like this seriously and would appreciate the opportunity to learn more about what happened. All Bentgo products are backed by our warranty, and we’d be happy to help troubleshoot the seal or explore a replacement if needed. If you haven’t yet, please reach out to us at support@bentgo.com or 657-275-3738. Having your order details ready will help us assist you as quickly as possible. Your experience helps us better understand where we can improve. We truly appreciate you bringing this to our attention, Becky, and we hope to make this right for you. Thank you, Jessica Bentgo Customer Support
