I had a small issue with the personalization. I didn't wash it or use it, instead i submitted a picture aking how they could help me. Since it was a quality issue from the factory they did replace it. I really apreciate the timely and kind response. They stand behind the quality of the product. I am loyal to this brand.

We just started attending a daycare that requires us to pack a lunch, and they do not have cold storage for the lunches. These have been perfect! We can send it and feel confident that his food will stay at an appropriate temperature until lunch time. The compartments are a great size and keep everything separated. Bonus that he also likes to pretend the outer piece is his laptop when it’s not being used for his lunch. I wish they would make it in the snake pattern too! The pic is one my husband packed; he thinks our 4 year old eats as much as a grown man.

Love this cozy little set so much! Disassembles quickly for easy cleaning and does not leak. Food stays cold and fresh. Love the color combo and how easily it opens and closes, but feels very secure!

We have used this at the pool several times. My 3-yr old grand child loves it! She would take it to the lawn chair, spread out her blanket, open her box, and stretch out eating and watching the people in the pool. Sadly, she looks to grown up doing this (LOL). Freeze tray is great for short, hot outings.

Product is exactly what I thought it would be. I like the size and think it will work nicely!! I did do a test run and I was a little disappointed that the food wasn’t super cool after 2.5 hours. It was just faintly cool. But keeping my fingers crossed that it will keep her fruits and vegetables cool enough, as she is only a half-day student right now!!

Ordered two of these. They’re a great size for big snacks. I bought them for the chill insert. One of the containers keeps catching on the insert and it makes it difficult to open. The other works perfectly.

These lunchboxes work great. I do use them with other ice packs to ensure my children’s lunch stay really cold. My daughter really likes them. I rated the kids one a 3 out of 5 because it’s honestly really tiny. I can’t even fit a peanut butter and jelly with normal sandwich bread in there. I wish I would have gotten two of the adult ones instead of one adult and one kid.

I like it. It’s easy for my kids to open and use. But my daughters did not keep her stuff separated. And her yogurt got on her other food. My son didn’t have that issue.

Insert gets stuck inside shell and you have to jostle and wiggle it to get it to open. Worried my kindergartner is going to spill his whole lunch on the floor one of these days. Also difficult to close. I would return it if I could but I didn't keep the original packaging. Crazy that a lunchbox so expensive can't even open right.
