The steak had a good tasted im sure from the seasones on it. Just way to make fat and grisel.

Not my favorite

Cooked it on my Master Built charcoal grill top grate at 350 for 30 minutes then main grate at 550 for 5 minutes on each side it was perfect Rare i always wanted to buy one and im glad i did it was delicious
