Great steak….cooked up nicely, was juicy and flavorful…..second time in the past year…..on my ‘renewal’ list!

Bought two for Valentine's day and they were amazing. Sous vide them for 4 hours then on the grill for a couple minutes.

It's a ribeye attached to weighted bone. Just buy a ribeye, the bone is just extra weight which means more money. Unless you use the bone for broth making.

This will be my go to over the other longbones that’s available in warehouses. It’s less expensive and tender compared to another’s place that carries it only on weekends.

I buy steak at Sam's Club at least twice a month but I don't usually splurge on the cowboy ribeye. I'm so glad I did because this was one of the best steaks I've ever had.

We normally eat steak once or twice a week and decided to try Sam’s ribeye, but found the steak we bought in September to lack a good flavor we desire in our ribeyes.

A delicious steak perfect for two. We reverse seared it in the oven to 123 degrees then finished it on our grill top to 127 for a perfect medium rare. The dog got the bone afterwards so everyone was happy!

Tried this for the first time! Seared in cast iron and roasted on top rack of gas grille. One of the best steaks I’ve had in recent times…enough for three!

We recently discovered these "Cowboy Steaks" and no other steak will do in the future. These are so good and flavorful. We didn't even need knives they were so tender.
