i love this fridge. pros: 1. big, holds a ton 2. i can see what's in the freezer without digging 3. no handles protruding from the doors 4. no trim around the ice/water dispenser cons: 1. non-adjustable shelves 2.needs a 2nd led light lower in the fridge toward the rear to light the lower shelves 3. butter compartment in the door 4. the top drawer in the fridge should have been 2 shallower drawers - 1 for cold cuts & cheese, 2nd for additional fruit & veggies overall i'm very pleased

Ice maker never works. It continues to freeze itself and will not dispense properly. Customer service is of no help, will fight tooth and nail to actually send out a technician to troubleshoot and repair their faulty designs. I am not joking when I say you might as well just light your money on fire when it comes to this product.

love the size and efficiency of this refrigerator. seems to keep food at specified temperature and has plenty of room. very bright interior and excellent ice maker. what i don't like is that there is neither a cold cut drawer nor a dedicated dairy space.

The black stainless finish with the fingerprint resistant feature makes it a showstopper! I am in love with the in-door water dispenser. It tastes great and is super cold! My entire family suddenly has increased their water intake. The ice maker is a particular favorite of mine, this is the first fridge that I’ve owned that has one. I love that I can choose cubed or crushed with the press of a button. Onto the refrigerator itself, there are so many shelves! The door holds gallons of milk and all the condiments you could ever need. The one feature I feel is missing here though is a lunchmeat drawer. It is something I’m used to and feel would improve the functionality of this appliance. The drawers it does come with though are large and spacious. The vegetable drawer holds an entire bunch of celery without bending it. The fruit drawer is extra deep too. The freezer is just as large, keeps everything super cold and is easy to find what I’m looking for. Overall excellent appliance.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This fridge not only looks good, but handles all our food storage. The ice maker produces crushed or cubed ice and of course water too. The side by side design fridge on one side, freezer on the other makes food storage and retrieval easy. It is quiet, but sometimes you can hear the ice maker, which is normal according to the manufacturer. It has a reminder sing if you leave the door open. Overall great choice for this house.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have now had about 1 week to use and get to know our new samsung fridge. Had there been an option for 4.5 stars, that is what i would have chosen. The deduction in one half point is primarily due to the type of ice/water dispenser on this model. You can get your water by simply pressing your glass up against the sensor. However, you must press with your free hand, the ice mechanism in order to get your ice. Not a big issue but it just means you need a free hand when getting your ice. As it stands, it has most all the needed and desired ingredients which include a whole lot of space! Compared to my old fridge, there is so much more room and compartments to organize and store all of our food. Our household consists of four adults, so we have lots of food that gets stored in our fridge and the extra space was just what we needed. This new fridge also has a water and ice machine on the outside, which our old fridge did not. It's so nice to be able to get filtered water right from our fridge without having to install a bunch of items on our regular faucet. Thank you Samsung for making a beautiful piece of equipment with all the added features of space and convenience that we needed.

This has the worst ice maker I've ever seen in a fridge. It takes forever to make ice. Then it clogs so often most of the little amount of ice it made has to be thrown away because it's stuck in the door. The rest of the fridge is okay, but honestly it's overpriced garbage. I'd buy any other brand you were looking at. Samsung has no idea how to make ice. It's actually so bad they should pay you to take this fridge off their hands. I wish I could rate lower than 1 star

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This fridge has so much space in it. I have never had a fridge with so much shelf space. The ice compartment is also awesome for entertaining because you can just pull out the tray and you have a countertop ice box. This fridge is well worth it.
