[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] i was amazed at the amount of space a side by side really had. it is the first time i have ever had a side by side and it is great and the freezer as well as the refridgerator is large and hold a large amount.

Overall the refrigerator has all the features needed except one. It is impossible to get water or ice from the door without using two hands. The bar needed to push for water or ice is at the top of the opening. The glass or cup must be held in place to receive the ice. The spout for the water is so small you have to work to get the water in a bottle. Again a two hand operation. Not impressed with the extra bin for the ice.

Worst fridge we have ever owned. Took 3 days for ice maker to make ice. Ice maker never fills up it barely makes any ice. Fridge and freezer works perfect. Had a samsung repair guy come out fro a brand new fridge broke out of the box because rhwy wouldn't gove me a new one. guy dosent even know how to remove the ice maler and yanked my plastic parts on ice maler to the point of it not seating flush anymore. also left with out wiping out my ice shoot where he spilt a bunch of water so I had a clogged frozen ice shoot. Not happy with Samsing quality control or there service techs. Save your self the time and get another brand refidgerator.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The refrigerator color blends perfectly with my other kitchen appliance. The capacity holds more than enough space for regular and frozen food. Temperature settings are easy to adjust. The ice-maker is one thing I wish was a little more quieter but it produce plenty of ice. This fridge maintains its temperature even with repeated opening and closing of the doors from the grand-kids.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had gotten Samson refrigerators previous three times. Our last Samsung had the freezer in a drawer down beneath. The Ice maker kept on freezing up and not producing ice. After looking at reviews it seemed to be a problem no mater the manufacturer. So going ahead we decided to go to side-by-side. Keeping with Samsung, our refrigerator has hidden handles and large containers on doors. We love the hidden handles. The ice maker works great producing 1x1x1 cubes.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Beautiful looking unit that fits in well with the rest of our kitchen. The open air concept inside, along with the in door ice maker, provides for ample space inside the unit. We like the way the doors open without the use of handles (which would take up extra outside space). The factory settings of 0 degrees in the Freezer and 37 degrees in the Refrigerator, along with the airflow inside the unit show me that operational electricity savings will be high. This will also keep our food fresher longer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Looks good. Like the two separate doors without the manic center piece of the French door type. Like the stock of shelves in the freezer side. Don't get the build up of food in the bottom like you do with the big freezer down below type. No screen control on the outside which fails after a few years- good. Fridge layout much easier to store/find and access food/bottles etc. Much more space in the fridge door. Samsung app is very imposing asks for to much information to get an account started. The app is also very disorganized to use- terrible in fact.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great fridge. I love the craft ice. I like that it also makes ice in the door as well. I wish the water came out cold all the time. I feel like the seal could be better on the freezer door. You have to make sure nothing is in the wrong place or it will pop open.

This fridge is practically PERFECT! My only complaints are that the shelves (including the door shelves) aren't adjustable, though removable, and there is no light on the water/ice dispenser. In addition, we didn't realize there was an "activation" of sorts to get the ice maker running. Otherwise, it cools wonderfully (and quickly!) and I'm pleased with the purchase

We like the side by side because you open doors and can see everything. No digging in bottom chest. Ice maker and water in door for easy access and doesn't take up space inside. Filter in lower right corner easy and efficient. Outside look is simple and clean with built in handles. Storage space inside and on doors is perfect !
