You get what you pay for… inexpensive and not great quality. We decided to go economical since we would be selling soon. First major issue was installation by the 3rd party delivery. They didn’t properly connect the water line so now we have to get a plumber. None of the shelves or door bins are adjustable which is annoying. The water/ice dispenser is very poorly designed. Water and ice go everywhere! The temperature cannot be adjusted at all. I would not recommend this fridge and would not buy it again.

Only issue is a little drip from the water dispenser and that might be the installers did not get it correctly attached.

I like the aesthetic of the fridge too, modern. Cooling is good too, it's very cold. It is efficient too. It is also ergonomic for daily use.

I bought it without seeing in person but the capacity is perfect for our family and the storage space was roomier than I expected. Something that was mentioned on many reviews both at Google and my retailers site was it was very slow to produce ice and the manual seemed to confirm this; we didn’t find that to be the case. It produced two full bins in the first several hours which we dumped to be sure it was free of impurities but it filled again in a few hours. We’ve only had it installed a few days but are very satisfied so far.

3rd unit in under 2 years. 1st unit came with the home - died 9/25 2nd unit purchased 9/25 - died 4/26 3rd unit arrived 5/5 - I’m praying this one actually goes the distance. I have all Samsung appliances, I’ve replaced the range and the fridge. My dishwasher is currently producing an error and requires repair. I’ve moved in with new appliances in 10/24, and have had some type of issues with ALL of my Samsung appliances.
