[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like being able to have either cubed or crushed ice. Plus it is easy to keep clean. Wipe it down when a dry cloth and finger prints come right off.

Haven’t really had any issues with this fridge. We bought it a year ago. I wish the fresh drawers were thought out better and the shelf’s were more customizable but that’s really the extent of our conplaints.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I never had a Sumsung refrigerator but I really enjoy this model bc of its modernish look w a lot of space to put your groceries. Its like having 1.5x your average fridgerator space.

Ice maker stopped working after 9 months use. The online service request is so hard to use. Tried to schedule a future appointment but the system says there is no pro available at this moment!!!
