I thought that having a 50amp outlet on the 9500 meant I would have 50amps available for load. But evidently not. My owner manual states the Main Circuit Breaker on the 9500 is a 40amp breaker. While researching this problem I found a reference to Wgen9500DF schematics on another web site. Since my owner manual schematic did not show a 50amp receptacle I thought I would follow the link and see if my manual was the same as this site's link. I was surprised when the link referred to did show a 50amp receptacle in the schematic. I inquired from Customer Support but from what I've read Westinghouse Customer Support is iffy. Which Support is exactly why I bought Westinghouse over Durostar. Still waiting to hear from them....Buyer Beware

This is my first generator and I have been very impressed by the features and ease of use

Bought this to get ready for winter storms. Haven't gotten to use it yet, but now I have a plan.

We are so glad we bought this generator with hurricane season coming

I have not used it yet waiting for Electrician to hardwire it to my panel

Havent tried yet. Quality seems same or better than more expensive brands

Just finished putting it all together and happy so far

compact and like that it takes both gas and propane. haven't used it yet
