Purchased the WGen9500DFc generator. It will be perfect for when we lose power which happens often in our area. Unpacked it, followed instructions and started right up, the remote is awesome!

Product arrrived timely, and was packaged well. Manual is easy to understand and well written. Generator is powerful and a lot quieter than I expected it to be

After the last ice storm I wasn't going to be without power again. The next door neighbor has the WGen9500DF and it ran for 8 days straight without a problem.

We purchased this generator because we loose power when ever we get a heavy wet snow storm. We absolutely love it!!! It's nice to have heat and water when we want it.

I bought a 8500 series last year and ran fridge , freezer , fans , tv surround and portable ac units and wanted to make sure I could run central AC so I'm upgrading to the 9500 series. I trust it will do the job just fine!!!!!

I bought this generator to replace my homelite 5500. Tornado season will be here in October,I’ll be ready! I especially like that it is dual fuel and I can run off my 120 gallon propane tank. Good aesthetics,easy to start and has a remote!

Just received this past Friday. Received in what appears to be great condition. After filling oil resevoir and putting only about 1 gallon of fuel in the tank, opened the fuel valve and immediately noticed a leak from the bottom of the carb bowl. P

Hands down the best generator I have owned. Everything looks and feels commercial. It is very heavy to wheel around but it started right up with the push of a button. Can't wait to install the transfer switch.

We haven't had to use it yet, thank goodness, but my husband prepped it like the manuel suggested and we are ready when the need arises. He said the set up was easy and started up quickly. Would recommend especially for the price
