The packaging was excellent. The included user manual is easy to understand. Initial set up was simple and all necessary parts and tools were included, including oil. Very happy with my purchase.

Bought this before possible winter power outages. Still working on transfer switch option but as is I could run space heaters. Started right up on propane. Oil filling has a fine line between too low and too full, go slow!

This is a nice looking unit. It has a quick start unlike older models. We haven't had to use it yet, but are glad to have it in case of an outage at our rural home. The best part is that it runs on both gas or propane giving options.

I have geothermal heat this thing ran my house in the dead of winter with my crockpot and clothes dryer going. I installed an interlock kit in my panel so there is no possible back feed. It runs my whole house like I am being powered by the grid.

Got this generator for whole house back-up power. This machine gets the job done, including the AC (with an installed Soft Start). I highly recommend this generator, it will handle your average sized home power needs.
