I purchased this generator two weeks ago and it was shipped just as scheduled. I'm going to have my electrician hook it up to my existing in-home propane supply. I have two friends that have this generator and theirs have been very reliable.

Just delivered so it isn’t even set up yet. The generator received great reviews and was at a great price so I am hoping for the best! Reviews also say the ‘free’ cover never arrives—I shall see! JUST WAITING FOR A HURRICANE NOW!

After trying to test start on a cold morning, found out that it has to be above 40F for this generator to run. Keep this in mind if your living in the frozen north.

Unit started right up on propane. Tested outlets and all seemed to work fine. Will be using primarily as home backup during power failures. I will never use gasoline in the generator, but nice to have the dual fuel capability.

Able to run my 4ton central air without issue. I have a soft start on the compressor which helps, but still had plenty left to run the refrigerators and house lights.

I received the generator in a timely manner, followed the instructions and it started right up. I checked the outputs and they all worked fine, I am very pleased, thank you

I just picked up my WGen9500FC today. Was so easy to assemble and get prepared for start up. This generator is so easy to move around once wheels are installed. It will for sure support all my power needs in the future during outages.

This unit started right up and Powered everything I needed in my house. Two refrigerators the microwave and a 3 ton whole house air conditioner. If I needed another generator, I’d buy this one again.

Purchased this for peace of mind. We haven't had to use it yet, but it started right up and runs smoothly. We know when then need arises we'll be ready

I bought this in January and have yet to use it. I cranked it up and let it run since I needed the break in period. I t cranked right up with no issues.
