After receiving this generator, I was able to put it together in 20 minutes, added the oil and fuel and it started right up instantly. I plugged the generator into my house and powered everything without a hiccup.

Just received today. Instructions were easy to follow even for the old guy. We live in Florida and have had been without power many times. Good to know we now have what we need to keep us safe. Thanks

Easy to hook up and started right up on first pull. The WGen9500 is able to power most of the entire house. I would highly recommend this generator.

Just purchased… has all the features we needed. It is extremely heavy, so apply wheels immediately upon opening. Has oil, funnel, spark plug tool, wrench… everything you need.

I bought this generator because of the Dual fuel option. The house has propane for heating so I am going to plumb gas to the generator for good supply. I always have the option to run it on gas a s well. Easy to set up and starts with no problem.

Set up was easy, Ran beautiful, battery was charged. It will bring me comfort this hurricane season. The only thing missing in the set up instructions is to make sure the circuit breaker is on to start

Awesome product purchased the wgen9500df to replace another unit i had wanted something that would run my house including our 3.5ton a/c it powers everything without breaking a sweat.

Decided to purchase after the hurricane and being without power for 4 days. Gave it a test run and it ran everything in the house without missing a beat. The unit is built very well and is fairly small size wise for it output.

I bought this at the start of hurricane season. It works great to power my house and carry on my travel trailer for camping off the grid. So far, I couldn't be happier with how easy and efficiently it operates!
