Wish I had this before the Jan 2022 storm in MD, my neighbor had one he was able To stay home and power his house while I had to take My family to a hotel. Never again.

We bought this a few months ago and when we lost power I was worried about starting it on my own for the first time. It was incredible easy! It started the first time, ran smooth and ran great! Would highly recommend

I bought this excited about both propane and gas start. Disappointed in both options. Pull cord difficult to pull. The propane option was slow to start.

Bought this as a whole home backup. Once I got the transfer switch installed, turn on every light/item connected to the transfer and not any problems for this machine.
