I bought this generator and love it so far. I haven’t tested it with propane fuel yet. I had a bit of trouble staring with gasoline the first time but now it works okay.

My electrician recommended this unit, and said many of his customers were pleased. Install was easy, and actually has all three capabilities of Natural gas, (with connection purchase) LP and Gasoline included already

Easy to set up and use. Lost power 3 days after getting it, and within minutes, it was powering most of our house. Very thankful we made this purchase.

Generator was easy to assemble. The dual fuel option is great as well as the remote start. It is quieter than expected. Would definitely recommend getting one to others.

Bought this right after a storm knocked out power for a week, easy to start which makes it perfect for my wife and kids to use when I'm out of town. Love the remote start we don't have to go out in the bad weather to start the generator.

I liked the overall features. Two issues: first, the delivery team damaged my home during delivery and it is difficult to contact the right team at Pilot to resolve this. Second, I had to have the item replaced

I have read many reviews on generators this size (WGen9500DF). I'm very happy with this dual fuel unit, I like the propane feature, you don't have to worry about gasoline getting stale. The price was in line with inferior brands.
