We bought this to upgrade from our smaller unit. This has electric start and is a big plus for us. it was easy to assemble and set up. very pleased with this generator

I am a new by to generators , but this was very easy to set up and get running - I purchased for emergency use only , no offense but I hope I don’t have to use it , but if I do it will serve my purpose very well

After going a week with no power in Arizona with 115 degree heat we lost all food in the freezer and refrigerator. That’s not ever going to happen again with the WGen9500df. Thank you for such a great product. It’s a lifesaver.

We had a major windstorm and lost power. As luck would have it my wife went into labor. We figured we better buy a generator so we don’t have to worry about this again with a newborn. We have been happy with the product thus far.

I bought this recently after my last one wouldn't start after a large storm. I love the ability to run propane or gas if I need it. It has more power and can run my whole house. Great to have push button/ remote start. Quieter than my previous one.

I bought this about a month ago. I only now had time to check it out. I followed the quick start guide. Added gas, attached the propane tank and fired it up. Worked like a charm.

I haven't had to use it yet but its perfect for running my appliances. For the size of it it's very easy to maneuver. I like that all the plugs have water tight covers

I bought this generator because I needed one with more power. I have only used it about an hour but it worked great. It is actually a smaller frame than my other one so it can easily go through my 30 inch door.
