I bought the generator on 2-1-2023. It arrived on a pallet in excellent condition. It was very easy to unbox and set up. It started on the propane the first time using the remote fob. I love it so one of brothers and my son are getting on too.

We received the generator after losing power after two ice/snow storms this year. We are very happy with the product. It can push start, remote start of pull start. It can run on gasoline or propane. It will run our whole house which is very nice!

This generator has one of the best setup guides and user manuals I have seen. Easy to setup and get running in under 30 minutes. Powerful output and the dual fuel is very handy.

I received my WGen9500DF a few days ago. There's minor assembly required, like the feet for the frame and the wheels. The features on this thing are great.

We have not used the generator yet but when tried today we noticed a leak in the gas hose. Westinghouse was accommodating and will sending us the part.
