Bought this unit and it arrived a week before it was due to be here. Great packaging... The box was beat up pretty bad, but generator bwas safe inside without a scratch. I’m looking forward to the cover the manufacturer is sending me. Thank You.

i have had this only had this generator for 2 months and have used both propane and gas it works as well i expected everything looks,feels and operates like a quality unit

Took delivery of my Wgen9500df this weekend. Easy to follow directions for setup and the unit checked out perfectly. Should work out very well for us here in hurricane-prone Florida!

I purchased this 9500 because of the small footprint. Didn't need some large generator taking up 4 feet of my garage space. This Generator takes up a small area.. Quite pleased with the size and the power of the unit..

Only assembly required is putting the wheels on. Easy to use. So many great features- dual fuel, multiple outlets, wheels to easily move... I would give it 5 stars but I haven't had to actually use it yet. lol

great generator so far .haven't had a chance to run my house thru it but I t turned on from the first try and ran great .I recommend this product to everyone

Just bought this until (wgen9500df), upgrade from old 5000w from 1994. Still running through break in period but so far happy with purchase. Started up quickly and runs quiet and smooth. Almost looking forward to next power outage.

Bought this after our last generator died. Thankfully, I had this one when a hurricane came through and knocked out our power for several days. Worked great!!! So thankful that I had this generator.

I bought this because I have had a lot of power outages and my small generator was enough to power only a couple items in my house this unit should keep my whole house running.
