I just received this item 6 days ago, so I do not have a lot of confirmed data regarding ratability or longevity, however, straight out of the box I could tell it was a quality product that had numerous features not found on my previous generator that stopped working recently. I love the fact that it is duel fuel capable (gas or LPG), a large 6.6 gallon gasoline tank, all outlets have rubber covers to keep them clean, 3 ways to start (manual rope pull, push button battery start, remote control battery start), multi function data display (voltage/frequency/lifetime hours/run-time maintenance codes), battery charging port for the included trickle charger, and a NEMA 14-30R twist lock receptacle. After attaching the wheels and the rubber "feet" (a 2-person job), adding the oil and gas, I tried starting it with the remote control. It did not start on the 1st try, but it automatically attempted a 2nd start which succeeded. What a joy to NOT have to pull the recoil rope to start!!! The first thing I noticed is that it ran very much quieter than my old one. I ran it for about 1/2 hour, adding various loads to it as suggested in the manual and it handled it with no problem, with hardly a change in the sound/pitch of the generator. I once again have the peace of mind that during the next power outage, I will be very well prepared with this powerful generator.

Picked this up on Amazon..arrived on time and well packaged. It took about 20 minutes to attach the wheels..1 connector to the battery..4 bolts for feet and fill it with oil. Connected it to a propane tank and it started right up. I had an electrician wire a plug to my breaker box and we verified it can run all my lights and a small ac ..refrigerator etc..This will definitely get me buy for a few days.

Warranty replacement generator started immediately on propane. Power up, all outlets producing power. GFCI tests and resets on all. 2 120V AC dual outlets, 1 30 amp RV outlet, 1 50amp RV outlet. Dual fuel, gasoline or propane. The remote start came paired and operational. This amazing generator has an electric starter and battery, along with a trickle charger to keep it ready for service. The stowaway handle and large wheels make it really easy to move, even on rough ground. I don't know the decibel level, but this generator is only a little louder on propane than my 2200 quiet generator. This generator produces enough power to run my entire household. I love the flexibility of using gas or propane. I really like propane, because it is so much cleaner and easier to refill. It is a little heavy, but that's expected with the power and options. I can take it with my RV, use it for camping, or keep it as backup for my house where the power goes out frequently for more than 8 hours at a time. I bought this generator for the output and dual fuel capability. Remote start was a bonus. If you need house power backup, or a powerful generator for your RV camping, this one is great! I was one of the less than 1% of people who had problems with my first one of these generators. Warranty service replaced it immediately, and I am very happy.

We haven’t had to use the generator in an emergency situation yet.. But I’m confident it will power the house when the need arises. Only ran it on propane so far. I look forward to many many years with this generator as a reliable whole home emergency power back up

So far, so good! This generator has everything I was looking for, I purchased it as a back up power supply for my home as I live in a hurricane prone state. So far I have done the 5 hr break in with no issues. Easy set up, easy directions, and easy start up. I will update after running a full home test in the next few weeks!

Bought this product after a winter power outage. It was delivered and left in the box for 4-5 months. A recent summer storm took out the power. The unit was pulled out with minimal set up (attaching wheels, gas and oil) the unit was running. Only reason its not an excellent is its been used once but I fully expect it to be.

Just got my new Westinghouse, it's an upgrade for me. Haven't had to use it yet, but love the push button start and especially the dual fuel capabilities. We'll see what the weather gods have in store for us. Perfect shape out of the box, added oil and hooked up the propane. Fired right up. Gave it 4 stars because I haven't used it yet. My friends bought one too

Just purchased. Easy to assemble, excellent instructions. Like others have noted the 1 quart of oil provided is not enough to fill the crankcase. Started right up on propane with first push of the start button, battery came charged. Unit is heavy but easy to maneuver with the large wheels. Everything you need is included such as a tool kit and funnel. Quieter than I expected. Comes with remote start/stop and was amazed that the generator started from the furthest room inside my house.

The generator arrived today. Unpacked and inspected. All was good. Assembly was a snap. Read the Users Manual and followed the instructions. I did a quick start up to test operations, followed by plugging into the home power integration box which the electrician had just installed. Without reservation I give this product 5 stars. I hope we will never have to use it but alas, here in Florida it is only a matter of time. We are ready.

As I live in a wooded environment, we are prone to power failures several times a year. With this generator now quickly hooked to the house, no more issues with freezer, refrigerator, computers, lights, water pump, internet and tv. Always starts first shot.
