So far so good, generator fired right up. I've only ran it for a little while but all seems good so far. The remote start works great, as well as the push button start. The generator is very loud compared to the smaller generators out there, especially the inverter style, but that's too be expected. For 1k I can't think of a better deal out there. It's loud but puts out 9500w at 240v, enough to keep my fridge and furnace running during power outages.

Bought this generator to power up a mother-in-law apartment that is now our mud room / pantry. We live in the south and it's common to get the power knocked out by hurricanes. This part of the house has it's separate water heater / shower. It was perfect to make a shelter-in-place with it's own generator. I wired in a exterior transfer switch / connector and this generator worked perfectly for the job.

Generator purchased at Lowes and delivered by sub-contracted service. Arrived undamaged. Set-up instructions clearly spelled out in manual and relatively simple. Started-up immediately. Ran one-tank of gasoline (5 gallons ran generator for approximately 7 hours). Switched to propane after gas ran out...again, started immediately after required adjustment for fuel change over. Brand new unit with only the use described above, but so far I'm completely pleased. Have an electrician scheduled to install transfer switch so that we can power entire house during future power outages. That will tell the tale regarding reliability, but the WGen9500DF seems well designed and sturdy. The price seemed quite reasonable for a unit large enough to power most energy needs for the entire house. Honda inverter generators, while undoubtedly great products are more than twice the cost of other brands of comparable energy output.

I bought this a couple months ago when our other generator wouldn’t start after a couple days with no power. Was delivered prompt on y and in good condition. We had our home finally wired for the generator. Works great not sure why we didn’t purchase this sooner.

We've had our WGen9500DF for two years and have it hooked up to a generac 30amp homelink (w/generator grounded outside). It runs like a dream! Our quality of power in South Bend, IN is horrible. We have up to 5 power outages a year in-city. We have a reliance mb75 to help us gauge our wattage usage. Even with eight circuits covered in generac panel, we barely use half of our 9500 watt gen! Loving this setup! Happy customer!!

I just purchased this generator after doing some research. I chose this one based on output, features and price. Very little setup involved, took about 15 minutes. Haven’t run it yet but the battery came fully charged and the unit turned over fine. It arrived in good condition and looks great.

I bought my Westinghouse Dual Fuel generator back in July of 2021. I am very happy with it as it can power my entire house during an interruption in power. I particularly like the versatility in being able to use propane or gasoline. Great product from a very happy customer.

The WGen9500DF arrived well packaged and appears to be quality constructed. There was very little assembly and the tools needed to complete the assembly are included in the packaging. In addition to the large wheels there is a very nice size built-in rubber grip handle for easy portability. The product is full of other great features and the enclosed user manual in the packaging is very through. Westinghouse customer support was superb on several pre-sales phone calls I had before my purchase. I felt confident enough in the Westinghouse brand, customer support and product warranty that I purchased two WGen900DF, one for me and one for my parent.

I have had this generator for almost a year now. We just had a big storm. The power been out for four days now. I have been running the generator for about twelve hours a day. Has not used any oil. Gas tank is plenty big so it could run all day without refueling plenty of power to run my well pump, septic pump and the whole house. I have 200 amp service.

I'm very satisfied with this generator. It feels well built and has all the extra features I was looking for (50amp outlet, GFCI plugs and an electric start as well as a pull crank manual start). Having dual fuel capability also increases its versatility.
