THIS IS A PROBABLY A LIFETIME UNIT IF YOU MAINTAIN IT WELL. EASILY WILL POWER ALL MY MEDIUM SIZE HOUSE. LOVE THE DUAL FUEL FEATURE. IT EASILY SWITCHES FROM LP TO GASOLINE WITH JUST A TAD OF STUTTER. NOTHING COMPLICATED. KEY FOB IS A GREAT FEATURE.

Easy to setup and get running. Purchased to replace a smaller generator for power outages. Have not had any outages since purchase but have tested several times and generator runs everything we want during a power outage. Dual fuel option and good reviews was a major reason for this purchase.

I’ve had this for a week. so far it has been easy to operate & came with everything I could ask for. I like the way the electric start operations work. Surprisingly maneuverable for such a large generator. I haven’t had a chance to test the 220v operation, but the 120v outlets work fine.

I wanted a Duel Fuel Generator. Read the reviews and commits, and decided to buy. Easy assembly! Love that the propane connections are provided. And love that they also sent the engine oil. Hooked it to propane and it started up! Highly Recommend!

This generator is so easy to use, right out of the box. Break-in period was flawless. I maxed the load out and this beast didn't flinch. Even when the hot water heater kicked on, the AC compressor kicked in this beast handled it all. Well built and worth every dollar!

I live in the country. For 20+ years, I used a transfer switch and a 5000 watt generator for back up. I decided I needed more and cleaner power and have been "shopping" for more than a year. I stumbled upon an interlock device (instead of the transfer switch) and this generator, which is surprisingly marvelous. The fact of the matter is that it just works; it does everything it says it'll do, plus it comes with bennies that other's don't, like the wheel kit and remote start. Even better, it's easy on fuel. Admittedly, upon unboxing it, I wondered. The control panel arrived damaged. See photo. I repaired that, but others may not have had the wherewithal to do so. Second, I found an extra nut and, darn it, can't figure out where it belongs. Finally, a cover over the bearings on one of the wheel fell off immediately upon startup. Bottom line: I'm unexpectedly impressed. Very.

After having issues with a competitor generator that was difficult to start when cold, I did some more research and decided on the WGen9500DF from Westinghouse. Not only does this one run better than the other generator, but the auto start, remote start and overall simplicity of this generator is great. I haven't had it too long, but had a chance to stress test it with some space heaters for several hours and it ran flawlessly. Very happy and I'm recommending it to many others!

Lost power second day after bringing it home, set up was straight forward and easy, started on first attempt. It plugged directly into our house after setting the manual transfer switch to correct position and ran as expected for 6 hours until power was restored.

I just got my generator home today, and I was quite pleased with how easy it was to get the generator up and running. I am very non-mechanical and if I could get this generator going anybody can. I did a lot of studying and searching before I chose this particular generator and I'm quite sure it will be hassle free for years to come.

Bought this to power a 5hp submersible pump on a 560 foot deep well. Does the job great, even with derating for 8800' altitude. Love the dual fuel feature for off-grid living. It's heavy and loud, no surprise. But comes with handles so it can be lifted without too much problem by two people, and it isn't nearly as deafening as some generators. Overall very satisfied.
