Just purchased a month ago and with the 50 amp output, I ran a cord directly to fuse panel in house and this thing will run 80% of my house without having to run extension cords. Love the features, the diplay and onboard battery charger. So far NO COMPLAINTS

Just pickup the generator model WGen9500Fc. Unboxing and setting up was very easy per the instruction booklet. Used propane for the fuel source and it started 1st try. Ran 1 chest freezer on the generator and it ran effortlessly, Great Product very glad I got this one.

First Impressions of the unit are positive. The wattage size and features at the price point are very competitive in the market. Setup and initial start-up was a breeze and straight forward. Initially started up on propane and with electric start, and started first time turning over. Checked voltage and ran a saw with no issues. I have given it 4 stars as i wish the wheels were a little heavier duty with rims and tires instead of plastic with bearings. Also wish the battery tender cable was 2 or 3 times longer (only about 5 ft), but a bonus they even include this as other units I was looking at didn't. The charger also shows a green light if not connect to anything, so if it stops working internally or at generator circuity, you'll never know! I thought the remote start was a little gimmicky, but to be honest, its nice to not have to be right next to the unit to start it!

Unit was competitively priced, it arrived earlier than expected, it was packaged properly for transport. The assembly of the unit was very easy. The unit started on the first try. Extremely happy with the purchase. In these trying times I want my family to be safe in any storms or power outages. A dedicated unit has an issue and the service tech comes to you, if a portable has an issue you can take it to be serviced. JJW

Hot commodity and I can see why. Easy installation with wheels and came with everything needed to start it up (minus the fuel of course). I cranked it over using remote, manual, push button for both gas and propane it it worked flawlessly. Impressed with the range on the remote start. I would compare it to a vehicle key fob. A bit noisy, but what generator isn't. I love the dual fuel option and the display that shows how long it has run for. Hope I never have to use it but am set if I do!

I just received the generator and it was very easy to assemble the wheels and legs. Kind of heavy so you may need a piece of wood or something to lift it a little in order to do the job. I need to complete my propane line from my underground tank to run it. I do not want to introduce gasoline for now as it would be only needed if I run out of propane in a hurricane situation. Hopefully I will never need to operate the generator but in Florida it may be difficult to avoid it.

I yet to lose the power to understand full capability of this generator. But the installation was pretty easy and it started in 3rd-4th item. I wish it had a electric (wall) starter as well. But so far looks good, start and no issue. I will upgrade the review once I have to use it more.

Bought this gen. because of the power outages in our area. It came quickly and was very easy to set up and get running. Our house already has a transfer switch and the gen. plugged right in [ with an already available power cord] . It started right up with either gas or propane and we are now ready for PG&E to do their thing.

Just purchased and had delivered u was able to assemble the legs alone and move it swiftly once the wheels were on. I found the directions to be enough for me to know how to operate and what to and not to do. 5 stars 🌟 looking forward to the remote start!

Just got this generator. Hooked it up to my underground propane tank, pressed the button and it started right up. Supports 50 Amp and 30 Amp service. Plan on putting in a dedicated 50A input to the house for those Florida hurricanes we know we will get. This thing can power my house and central AC units. Set up was simple as pouring in the supplied oil and connecting fuel. Nicely built unit, clean and well designed. I thought it was going to be a loud generator but it was not as loud as many I have heard. Only thing that was a little lacking was the 1 qt of oil that does not quite fill the motor. You will have to pick up a little more to fill it to the proper level. My wife and I are super happy to have this in the garage to power the AC on those super steamy hot Florida days when the neighborhood power lines are on the road. We have been without power for a week before in just such a situation. Not fun.
