Haven't had a chance to put it to work, but did test it on the whole house and it worked flawlessly. I love the dual fuel option and remote start is really convenient for my wife. Setting it up and pairing the remote was a breeze as it comes with everything you need ( wheels and handle, battery, oil, funnel, wrench, remote, propane connection ) besides the fuel. I look forward to using it during the next power outage.

I bought this generator without the expectation of using my 3.5 ton A/C durimg an outage, but.....VOILA!! It was able to power on all the lights, A/C, 6 refrigerators, etcetera. Obviously, I didn't try my other high consumption equipments, such as water heater, electric range, dryer machine, but it did the work perfectly for like an hour.

I just bought this generator and the assembly was minimal with great instructions. The manual is well written and easy to understand. It started right up and ran smooth and was not as noisy as I expected. I would recommend this portable generator. The generator is well balanced for easy movability.

My new Wgen9500DF arrived just ahead of TS Elsa that is moving up the coast. It took me 90 mins to read manual (recommended; will be needed to program remote starter) and get it started. Following the instructions and it started right up. I ran it for 15 mins or so without load and now ready if needed due to TS Elsa. Thanks Westinghouse. Chuck

I've enjoyed this generator so far, but I have had some issues booting it up. After adding adequate oil and fuel and connecting the battery, I tried starting it up. It made a noise as if it was starting up and would run for a few seconds, and then shut off. It would repeat that over and over again. I'm hoping I can get to the bottom of this.

I bought this for back up power for my home, didn't want anything big and pricey since we don't lose power a lot or very long. This unit fits the bill perfectly, starts easily for my wife and the remote is nice. The option of dual fuel, I don't have to worry weather I have fuel for it. I haven't used it much yet, other then put fuel and oil in it, and starting it for the first time. But everything worked like it should and fired right up, in addition the noise level is not that bad. Just waiting for the power to go out to see how well it will perform.

Unboxing is super easy. Hooked up to my house and it will run all lights, outlets, fridge, and hot water heater. It is not enough to run the main ac/heater but I can use the stove and washer/dryer if I turn off most other non essentiel items during use. It is definately the more cost effective option if you can live with calculating the load before using your major appliances.

We bought this after a recent outage of electricity, although it has been an ongoing discussion in our house since the previous outage, which lasted 10 days. We have not had to use it as of yet, but will totally be worth the expense when we have this issue again.

I just bought this generator and I am very pleased with the quality of the product. Although I haven't used it yet, it is great upgrade from the small portable generator I had been using when our electricity went out. The electric start and the duel fuel sold me on this product.

I bought this generator during a period when we were having multiple blackouts. I am so happy I purchased this product not only because it provided our home with ample power during the outages, but it was so easy to move and operate. In addition, the manual was very helpful and thorough.
