While quite heavy, the generator was easy to set up. Starts on first try, and can run quite a bit! I am using propane, and hopefully it will last a bit longer than gasoline. I was unable to find set up video on Westinghouse's website, but there are plenty on YouTube.

I've had this generator for about a month and a half and am completely satisfied with it. Assembly was straightforward as well as start-up instructions. The dual fuel is a great feature as well as the remote start. We haven't had a power outage yet to run it when it's really needed, but it has tested fine and I expect it to function well. I've been looking at buying this specific generator for quite some time and I'm glad that I finally made the purchase.

Excellent generator for the price I paid. After reading reviews I decided to purchase this generator and am very pleased with it. It has all the bells and whistles that I wanted and more. I hope I never have to use it, but am confident if I do it will perform with out any issues.

Have only started on propane to test it. Started right up, I hope I never have to use it, but am glad to have it. I needed this size to run the "whole" house in an emergency, but wanted dual fuel capability so as to not have to keep gas in it for long periods of time.

I bought this generator to run 5 essential items in my house during power outages. The most important was my fuel oil furnace This powerful beast took the load of my furnace without even blinking! . One of the nice things about it is the trickle charger that IS INCLUDED! It has a port on the generator so you can plug it right into the battery safely. No worrying about clamping to the battery. Great job Westinghouse!

Just got it so haven't had a chance to use it much, but so far it seems like it will get the job done. No more frozen pool equipment or burst pipes and I won't freeze in my own home ever again! I used a transfer switch to hook it directly to the circuits I need most, so ERCOT, I'm ready for another one of your total failures!

After much research, purchased this generator to power my 50amp transfer switch for emergency power. With dual fuel capability, electric start and plenty of power this generator is a beast! Very pleased with my choice and look forward to years of trouble free service

This WGen9500DF is exceeding all my expectations. Am able to fully run my entire home, including a 40 amp A/C, concurrently. Electrician who installed the Transfer Switch was so impressed he took video of the generator to show to others. This unit started on first try and has continued to do so in subsequent starts. Not too loud and is easy to move around. The remote start fob is a great plus. I researched and shopped for months before selecting this Westinghouse product. it was consistently rated as an excellent buy. Bought one for my daughter/son-in-law as I was so impressed. Highly recommend this WGen9500DF.

Arrived in good shape. Set up was no problem. Ran on propane first time and it started using remote first try. Haven’t used on the house yet, awaiting transfer switch. But, as I work on frozen drink machines in my garage, I hooked up a few and the Westinghouse 9500df handled with ease. I believe it will handle my house with no problem.

Honestly just bought this and am leaving this review now because while I’m registering the warranty it was an opportunity to get a free cover if I leave a review. Hopefully later after I’ve tried it out and used it awhile I can do a follow up. But so far I love it. Very well made and heavy, which to me means solid and substantial, what I think a heavy duty generator should be. Very pleased so far!
