I attached the power cord to my transfer box, hooked up the generator to my propane tank and it started immediately Ran it for 20 minutes to check power to my home and it powered all I needed in the home in the event of a power outage. Great product

Just got it today and I had to try it out already . I love the electric start and the remote start the most . It's enough to run my wall mounted A/C unit and everything I might need in a power outage . I've been needing a new generator for a while and I am very happy to have this one .

The generator was delivered in great condition. The small amount of assembly required was easy to complete and I was able to do it myself. The instructions were very clear and concise. The noise level is not as bad as I thought it would be. As a first-time owner of a generator, I am very impressed with the features and ease of operation.

Bought this generator to run our shop tools until we could get power hooked up. It has all the plugins that I would need to run any of my tools. So far it has ran great. Only complaint is it is a little loud but for this big of a generator it is bearable.

Bought 2 of these generators (New) on line. Both start and run great but neither will generate any power at the receptacles. I was informed that both had probably been sitting in a warehouse for while and the AVR (automatic voltage regulator) had lost it's magnetism. I went online to the Westinghouse parts department to order them, Only to find out that the AVR's I need are sold out. (I wonder why?) P.S. I'm not even sure if this is the problem yet.

I bought this generator one month ago. set it up as instructed and test ran engine and generator. all was good. Today a tried to start the engine for exercise sake and she would not start. Checked trouble shooting guide as prescribed and everything is as it should be. Starter works excellent but absolutely no fire. Calling Westinghouse today, hopefully they will be unlike other manufacturers and offer a solution.

This is an excellent quality generator with nice features such as dual fuel, remote electric start, built in charging port with battery tender, multimeter display, 30A and 50A connections, heavy duty wheels and axles to mention a few. It started right up on propane right out of the box! I'm in the process of breaking it in and it handles 3700 watt load changes without skipping a beat! I am very impressed with this generator!

After doing quite a bit of research. I decided on the Westinghouse WGen9500DFc. I'm very happy with the purchase. Getting it up and running was pretty simple and user friendly. I highly recommend a generator with the Duel Fuel feature. It runs great using either gas or propane. And switching from one to the other is seamless. Love the remote start and push button starting capability. It's great to get your generator started with the push of a button, and not having to pull your shoulder out. The control panel is easy to see and readily accessible. After seeing mine, my neighbor bought the same model. It's an excellent generator, I highly recommend it.

I bought this generator because of the power that it provides as well as the dual fuel features. I am very impressed with how easy the generator is to operate. I like that the user can switch between fuel sources while the generator is running. The remote start and electric start are very nice features as well. So far I have about 7 hours of run time on the generator and have not been disappointed 1 minute. Everything that I have thrown at it for power has been a non-issue. I love the generator so much that I recommended it to my best friend and he bought the same one last week.

We live in south west and in the summer time it hits a 119 degrees when the power goes out you better have a Westinghouse 9500dfc generator. I run my air-conditioning and refrigerator and a small freezer with no problem. I love this generator i never worry about the power going out anymore. Everyone should have one of these thanks Westinghouse.
