Just bought this generator and got it set up and tried it out. Started right up with the remote ,which I think is fantastic! I love all the features like the type of battery and that it has a quick connect. The generator is easy to use and will definately meet my needs. Glad I purchased this product.

We bought this generator a few days before Beryl hit. Really didn't expect to use it since Beryl wasn't supposed to be as bad as it was. Sure glad we got it! It ran all 3 refrigerators, lights, internet, and might have run more but we didn't push it. Hurricane season is just beginning and we may have more opportunities to run it.

I bought this for the frequent power outages in Southern Cal. It has plenty of watts to power my large home. It includes great features like a power start, key FOB start or the reliable pull start. It is dual fuel which is flexible feature. Well designed, good instructions and very simple/minor assemble (Wheel and Feet). You get a lot of power for the price. There are less expensive generators but not with these features.

I bought this product after the last hurricane created yet another power outage in my area. This generator has plenty of power to support my well pump, aerobic system, multiple refrigerators/freezer, entertainment systems, climate control systems, and lighting when the power is out. The multiple fuel options add more flexibility. It's ready to go for this next winter storm headed our way.

I'm so impressed! Quality is FANTASTIC and reminds me of things made in the good ole days! Carton was delivered on a small pallet and was secure and well protected. Assembly was very easy with only 4 bolts and 2 wheels to install! I was up and running in just about 20 minutes including unpacking, assembly, adding oil, connecting propane, and hitting the start button! Only did break in run to check oil level for about 15 to 20 minutes, but electric start fired right up as did remote start AND....PULL START! Wonderful product!

Bought this generator a month ago for the inevitable fire season power shut downs here in Northern California. Only gave it 4 stars because I just set it up and ran it for a short test run. The remote start is a great feature and based on the recommendations of my electrician expect to have many seasons of service.

Bought the unit a couple months ago. Followed break in etc. At about 60 hours it started randomly shutting off. Now, it usually takes at least a half dozen attempts to do more than come up to voltage/speed and die...assuming it gets running, it randomly shuts off...maybe 5 minutes, maybe 30 - either way it is a real PITA.

I bought this a couple of weeks ago, and am glad I did. the mighty wgen9500dl runs on gas or propane, so having more than one option is so convenient. has an intuitive control panel which is so easy to read and understand. the never-flat wheels make it nicely portable. having this generator brings me peace of mind knowing that my major and minor appliances will continue to run should the need arise. Westinghouse has been around forever it seems, my parents and grandparents grew up with Westinghouse appliances in their homes, so its a name you can trust.

Bought this to replace my 20+ year old generator. More power, more features, and overall a better generator. Very easy to set up and start. Now I have only had this generator for about a week, but if it performs like my other Westinghouse products, I know I'm going to love it!

I just received the Westinghouse WGen9500DF and it's very sturdy and a well made design. It has everything that we need and more. It was also easy to get it up and running. I'm looking forward to our next power outage. A perk for the wife is the remote start!
