I bought the WGen9500DF generator since my 5300 model was stolen. Had good results with the 5300, ran smooth, started when I needed it. The 9500 was recommended from a family member who has it. Like the dual fuel option, and this model has battery / electric start and a remote control.. Nice features.

This is an awesome generator and you can tell that it is quality built! This generator has so much power, plenty of outlets, and an easy start remote, it's just fantastic! I am extremely happy with this purchase, and if need be, I definitely will purchase again.

Bought the WGen9500DF to replace my old under powered generator. It arrived in good shape and was able to install wheels, fill the oil in a few minutes. Very easy set up. Connected it to my propane tank and she started immediately and is not as loud as my old generator. Very pleased with this unit. I'm buying another one for a second home on our property.

I just got my Generator after looking at many different brands. I ended up choosing the Westinghouse because of the Westinghouse reputation, and I also read many reviews. This is a beast and I know that hopefully It won't get used often, but I will have it when I do. I also like the dual fuel option.

We just received our new generator yesterday, it was packaged well and arrived a whole day early! We assembled the wheels and feet, no problem. We added the oil and fired her up on propane! Seemed a bit quieter than the smaller generator we had been using and we're keeping our fingers crossed that it will meet our expectation during the next power outage.

I bought this generator because I need a bigger one. I already have three of various sizes up to 5500. After receiving this product and running it on propane, I can say that I am very impressed with the quality of it. First the Westinghouse name has been around for well over a hundred years. So after doing my research on all comparable models on the the market this one stood out as being the best value for my money, not only am I impressed with the way this thing is built by also the components that they used in its construction. An added bonus is the run time on gasoline is 12 hours on the 6.6gallon tank. That is right at the same consumptions as my 5500 with 5 gallon. Of course this is at 50% load which is where I will be running it. We just retired and moved to the country so I have a lot of confidence in knowing that this generator will last and provide power for my needs in the future. I’m guessing that y’all see that that I am very happy with my purchase !

I bought the model# 9500 post hurricane Beryl in July. Since we have lost power on 2 other occasions. The 9500 was available to provide power for the entire first floor of our home for 2 + days. It’s quiet, powerful and portable. Should have made the purchase years ago.

I bought this generator because of its features. I like the idea of its electric start, remote start and its dual fuel (gas and propane) capabilities. It was very easy to set up. Once I did, I tried the electric start feature and it started right up. After running it for awhile, I shut it down, then tried the remote start. It worked like a charm. I’m sure that this will come in very handy during the next power outage. This is a great value for the price.

I have assembled, and test ran it for a few minutes. The wheels, and handles for moving Gen. are helpful,(for 1 person handling),. The next test is running generator for a couple of hours. The user manual is easy to read, and easy on the eyes, the information is covered well, and complete.

I was some apprehensive about purchasing a portable generator for my home much more so a dual fuel model. I found that the WGen9500DFc set up was easy. The remote and electric start work flawlessly. This beast of a model has some weight to it. I’m very impressed.
