I recently purchased my generator. It arrived promptly. It was easy to assemble. It started up on the first try. It looks great. Also purchased a cover that also promptly arrived and looks great. Honestly I don't have anything critical to say. I am very happy and therfore think you will be to.

Arrived today in excellent condition and two delivery guys were on time and helpful. Assembly was easy except for battery connection. Manual was inaccurate. New units have singular electrical coupling rather than terminals connections. Help center was cooperative and said manual is in revision.

Delivery was 3 days and the generator showed up in perfect condition. Followed the directions to put in the oil, connect battery, attach wheels and handle. I connected it to a propane tank. It started up right away with the remote and appears to operate fine. Voltages all look good but I haven't had it under any heavy loading yet. I really like the controls and look of the generator. The propane option is great to have. Very pleased with my purchase. I do think they should upgrade the plastic wheels for this heavy duty generator. If they do, please send the newer heavy duty wheels out to those of use that have purchased this generator. Thanks in advance.

I just received my generator yesterday and have not had a chance to use it yet. I am very impressed by the build/style of the unit, and I really like the dual fuel capability. I have no doubt that this unit will serve me well. Only gave 4 stars because I have not used it yet

I bought this generator to be able to power our whole house, and it DELIVERED! I did have trouble with it popping it's main breaker at first, but I was trying to run 3 refrigerators, a well pump, 75 inch smart TV, and a 3-1/2 ton central AC unit!, and the generator was setting in the hot sun! So, after a phone call to a company that sold soft starter's for my AC, the technician asked if I had grounded my generator. I said no. So, I put in a seperate grounding rod near our pole barn, and attached it to the grounding lug provided on the front panel with 6 guage solid copper wire. I also had a fan blowing on the generator. It not only ran everything I said above, but also a wall mounted oven!!! Just 1 oven, but what a BEAST! I plan on converting it to natural gas, but to only run fridges and furnace in the winter here in Michigan. Thanks for an amazing product Westinghouse!!!

I received this generator this today. Unboxed it with no problem. All parts were included and instructions were clear and easy to understand. Installed the wheels, oil and gas and the unit powered up with no problem. Appears to be well made. Very pleased.

We got this a little over a month ago and it works great. After we had a power outage and lost all the food in our freezers. We started looking for a good generator. This one had EVERYTHING we was looking for plus a remote. Thanks for making a great product.

Quality product right out of the box. Easy setup with easy to follow directions. Filled it up with the provided oil, added some gas, connected the battery, and hit that engine start button. Startup was a breeze. I'm sure it will be reliable for years to come.

The unit was as advertised, cranked with first try, I'm an electrician so my first move was to check the voltage, perfect with Fluke 87, GFCI 120v outlets were present code correct weather resistant, all switches and breakers worked , I'm happy with unit.

I pull are large travel trailer by myself and needed something to run it off grid. It ;arrived timely, was easy to assemble and the key fob works great. My 70+ year shoulders couldn't pull the cord on the old generator anymore. The only poor planning was the 50Amp plug-in location. The wheel prevents the non-flexable 50 amp trailer cord from plugging in and staying in. I've ordered a short cord 50 amp to 50amp adapter. If it works ad well as I hope I will up my rating to 5 stars.
