I bought this since we do live in Florida and have power outages due to storms. This is my first time ever having a generator so I was hesitant/nervous on what to do. Instructions for this are clear and set up was easy. Glad I made the purchase to have an extra layer of protection in case of storms. Very easy to use.

I bought this product after our second extended power outage in 2 years. It is big enough to power of the things in my house and portable enough to be able to use elsewhere if needed. Looking forward to purchasing a second to make a complete backup power system for my house

I purchased this generator 12-31-21. I had not had a chance to start it up until yesterday, 02-02-22. At first, the unit would not start. I did add only about 1/2 a gallon of gas and about half of the 1.1 10w30 oil provided with the unit. I made sure , for a second time, that I had followed all of their starting instructions. Added at least 4 more gallons of gas and filled the unit with oil. Tried the unit again and it started. I have not plugged in any outlets or anything to the unit and am planning on doing this within the next couple of days. Despite the unit box being damaged upon receipt. The only visible damage was to the sticker on the frame and nothing else. Due to the damaged box upon receipt, I am giving a 4 star rating otherwise it would have more than likely been a 5.

I just received the generator today and I am in awe!! What a wonderful generator and I love all the extra features. We bought the WGen9500DFc and it should be enough to run everything we need during a power outage. Very well made and way to go Westinghouse, you have a great product. I can wait to do the break in period and getting it ready to power our needs. Definitely 5 stars!!!!

I needed to have some electrical work done on my house in order to accommodate this generator (Transfer Switch Installed). When the electricians opened the box they loved what they saw! They’d not seen a generator like this before, especially the remote start-up. I have not used it yet and hopefully will not need to for the Hurricane Season here in South Florida. Fingers Crossed! I now have peace of mind which is very comforting!

During the winter freeze in Houston, my pull start generator would not start. Never want to get caught cold again...this one is the complete package with power, duel fuel (runs on gas or propane) and electric start. I have not used it yet but I feel comfortable this generator will get the job done.

I've been wanting to buy this product for a while to power my house during the Arizona monsoon season when we occasionally loose power. I finally made it happen! I first started it on propane which started right up. After reading other peoples thoughts on the break in procedure I decided to run it on gasoline. Fired right up! The Gasoline break in theory is that the fuel has more lubricants than propane and will aid in longevity.

Bought this to help with power outages in California. Dont rain much in the desert but when it does the power is out. This has great features including electric start for us old guys. Duel fuel propane for when you can't get gas at the gas station during bad times. Also comes with its own battery tender for maintaining battery during down times. 30 and 50 amp hook ups many 110 also. Key fob start and stop button nice addition plus much more. Already have my panel setup to run the whole house from generator bring on the stroms.

Perfect. Price plus features 5 stars. Even the noise level is good. I was expecting it louder. Shipping was 2 days early and they called 3 times to arrange delivery. They sent an appointment reminder and text me 20 minutes before delivery. 5 stars on delivery.

Very pleased with this product. We have only used the gasoline fuel option so far, but the product has performed flawlessly. The remote start has worked every time out of the box without issue and the Smart Switch recieves 5 stars as well. Way to go Westinghouse!
