I bought the WGen9500DF generator to power my travel trailer when I’m out of town working. This generator is powerful enough to power my entire travel trailer without any issues whatsoever. It arrived in a timely manner and came with easy to follow setup instructions. One of the best features is that it also comes with a key fob to start it up so if it’s raining I don’t even have to go outside in the rain to start it!! I give this generator 5 stars and I highly recommend it!!

Bought the WGen9500DF. Unit was unscathed out of the box, very simple to assemble in 10 min max. Hooked up the battery, attached LP gas following the easy instructions. Unit started immediately, remote key fob works slick. Disconnected utility power and plugged generator into my house receptacle and had plenty of power to run all the essentials.

I was looking for a generator that ran on both propane and gas and was powerful enough to run my whole house included central air if need be. This baby does it all. The item arrived when scheduled and was a breeze to set up. Opened the box and all I need to do was put on the wheels, add the included oil, and connect the included propane hose. Done in 10 minutes and the generator started right up. I had an electrician hook up the 50 amp inlet box that connected to my house main panel using an interlock system. Added gas to the tank, started up the generator, shut off my main breaker, plugged in the 50 amp cord, turned on the generator breaker, and wow...powered the whole house and was able to run the a/c. Very impressed with the generator and it's ease of use. I would highly recommend! Why did I wait so long?

Assembly was a breeze and instructions are very clear. The WGen9500DFcc is well built and sturdy. I only have had a chance to do some break in time but it looks to be a very fine machine. The only negatives would be that the oil level does not indicate correctly, after putting the full 1.16 quart of oil supplied it read on the low line of the dipstick .The other problem is that the part numbers in the owners manual for high altitude propane kit don't seem to exist ?

Generator was quick to assemble and easy to start. Worked first time (I had to turn the fuel shut off valve to the correct position) and it tested out well. I like the dual fuel option. This will give me plenty of power during the next outage. I also like the remote start option.

I bought this a month ago. Setting it up was straight forward. I did need some assistance tipping the machine over only due to the weight. It is a good looking machine and so far has performed flawless. However, I have only used it for light duty stuff as I am in the process of wiring my house for this gen. This machine is a beast. I am now looking for ramps to help me get it in the truck.

The WGEN9500DF is a awesome generator, easy to set up and starts right up.This is a heavy duty generator and well built. I haven’t got to use it yet but I know it will do a good job. This generator replaces an older 5000 watt unit, the new generator will run the whole house. Can’t wait to use it. Remote start is a nice feature.

I received this unit on 2-15-22 and I am very happy with my purchase! I put the legs and wheels on and it started on the second crank with propane. This generator is packed with features vs other models. I love the key Fob remote start. The FOB as well as the generator seem to be very good quality! I am prepared now a grid failure!

Just purchased for 100% off-grid power. Easy setup and quick start. For the price compared to other brands, you get more power, more outlets and better (plastic) tires...and you're going to need them as this thing is practically immovable without them.

Delivered today. I am impressed with the quality and solid build of this product. The framework is like what you find on a commercial heavy duty generator. The installation of the wheels and standoffs was relatively easy. (it is a heavy generator) The wiring and hose lines are neatly run and tied together to reduce movement. Also liked the "extras" such as tool kit, battery trickle charger and ability to disconnect the battery with a pull of a connector and a remote start key fob attached to the pull cord so you know you have one. Nice touches all around. Westinghouse has always been quality. Our Westinghouse Refrigerator, oven and dishwasher are one of the reasons we went with Westinghouse.
