So far... it’s an awesome machine! Love the electric start. I’ve only used it a couple times, but so far I’m very pleased with my choice. Hopefully it will last and perform a long time.

It runs well but it will not put Power to the electric plugs. I contacted Westinghouse and they said it was bad and to exchange it though seller. That would be WAL MART. What do I do?

This generator was great during a wind storm we had back in May. The power was out for about a week and used it when we needed it the most. I was able to power a lot of things at home. Definitely recommend!

What a nice piece of equipment. We needed a generator to recharge our solar battery array in the event of a protracted storm and the solar panels don't keep the solar batteries charged. This generator is perfect for our needs

Great power, easy switching between fuel sorces. Great fetures. Powers the entire house including well pump, furnace, two refrigerators, freezer and all teh lights we need.

I just purchased this about two weeks ago. I haven’t used it yet, however I absolutely love the fact that it is super easy to start, it’s a push button and I was in love with it.

Look into several upgrades to the currently owned generator. Mainly duel fuel and adequate power supply for whole home power. This Gen 9500 fits the bill.

I am glad that I purchased this item! It is definitely a lifesaver during a power outage! I like having dual fuel option so that I can maximize the time the generator runs!

Solid build quality for this generator. Unfortunately this current size model is unable to power my and run the hvac so I'll have to upgrade to the 18kw variant. Other than that if you have AC units under 5 tons this 12.5 should be more than enough!

Got just before power outages and had wired to power panel. Worked great! Had A/C fir 4 bdrm home, as well all other circuits, except HW heater. The generator worked great and would definitely recommend.
