I've had my 9500df for about a week now and keep it bolted in the bed of my truck for mobile power. I use it for everything from welding to camping to running tools and equipment anywhere I need and its smooth as butter even running the welder off of 240v 50a. I love this little machine!

We've had our WGen9500DF for two years and have it hooked up to a generac 30amp homelink (w/generator grounded outside). It runs like a dream! Our quality of power in South Bend, IN is horrible. We have up to 5 power outages a year in-city. We have a reliance mb75 to help us gauge our wattage usage. Even with eight circuits covered in generac panel, we barely use half of our 9500 watt gen! Loving this setup! Happy customer!!

We bought this generator a year ago & then decided to hook up our daughter & son-in-law's home for when the electricity goes out. They have lost power during storms for the last three consecutive years and have borrowed our generator. So we gave them ours and we purchased this one for home at the end of July this year. It's an excellent generator and we highly recommend it. It takes care of all the electricity for a 3 bedroom ranch home with 2 adults & 5 children.

I bought this generator a couple weeks ago prepapring for the Florida hurricane season. Extremely easy to set up and get going. The electric and remote start work great, and the back up pull star is still an easy pull to get going. The dual fuel capability is fantastic, especially when fuel sources get scarce after a major weather events. Hopefully I won't need it, but its really good to know I have that kind of power source when the lights go out.

I have owned the WH9500df generator for a couple of years. However, I’m not looking for yet another battery. The first battery was defective right out of the gate. WH kindly replaced it at no charge. Still, here I am again as the second battery failed. Is this commonplace? Plus, I can’t seem to find a new battery to replace the dead one. Help?

We bought this little beast after the wild fires in Oregon late last year. We figured it would be good to have. Suddenly we get ice storms, the trees take out all the power lines, and we have a little generator that has saved (and cooked) our bacon. The dual fuel is a great option, though this thing pulls hard, so my one quibble is that a propane system heater would have been nice, to stop icing of the on-gen regulator. Super happy with this little blue beastie.

I bought this generator to power my house during Florida hurricane season. Thankfully I haven't needed it, but my sister was in the path of hurricane Helene. Being in the outskirts of town they're estimating she'll be without power for 6-8 weeks. I hooked the generator up at her house, it ran overnight (or about 20 hours total) and the intake valve retainer broke. Sadly, now I have a very expensive paperweight.

Been wanting a REAL generator for many years..and this precision piece of powerful equiupment fits all the needs, and them some ! Can't say enough about what Westinghouse has created. I've researched them all, and was not disappointed on bit with this major purchase for our family!

Love remote start sturdy construction of unit. Need clearer instructions re wheel assembly and receptacle operation. Better illustration how to assemble wheels and need to stand generator on end to assemble both wheels. Better directions clearly stating that main circuit breaker must be in on position for receptacles to work. My unit was in the off position . Reference to output ready LED in owners manual but cannot find this LED on generator control panel.

Bought this last June and got it earlier than promised and in perfect condition! Had my electric guys hook it up to my house panel with an Interlock ( Permits pulled) to my 2300 sqft home. My AC is 3.5 ton and this pulled it on Gasoline with no problem, even when switched to Propane!! Switched on HVAC Handler and lights in house and 0 problems. Ran a 50amp receptacle through the wall and hooked the 50amp cable to the generator 50amp outlet. Ran this for 1/2 hour on both and am impressed with the electric start (battery included and charged) and remote key fob start!! (Fob came programmed too!) Even comes with a trickle charger for the battery. SW Florida (Port Charlotte) hurricanes and storms come through almost every year so, we are ready! This machines hums along like a quiet lawnmower as well. Told some friends and family members about it :)
