First purchase of any type Generator, after many months of price, feature, and dependability across brands I decide on this model, and addition to its features its sleek and packaged really well. I fell very confident I will get many years of service from this purchase.

Unboxing was not too difficult Westinghouse should provide a line to cut the carton at the bottom at 200+ it would be difficult to lift out of the box. I cut the bottom so it was easy for one to do it. Wheels and legs went on easy but lean in under the weight of the generator, still rolls OK. 1st startup on gas second crank it fired up, it goes into auto start mode and keeps attempting no need to push button again. I did notice that the auto choke does not completely engage and had to be manually closed to start again on 2nd start up. Propane run was successful and took a few cranks to get it running, but ran great. I have only tested a compressor and leaf blower so far to make sure it works. I will be hooking up to a transfer switch and 50 amp drop to power the critical circuits so i will update after I get that chore done. All and all so far seems like a good purchase. I would recommend so far. Directions are straight forward so any DIY could set it up easy.

We bought this for storm protection but realize that I can use this for welding since I don't have the outlet to do this. The unit is not noisy so it won't annoy my neighbors who may be without power, or at least enough to run the A/C system. Easy to assemble and move around, and set up and break in operation was easy. I chose to use the LP option since I didn't want to put gasoline in it not being sure if I would be using this storm season.

Some assembly was required (just putting on the wheels and feet). Assembly was really easy and took less than 10 minutes. I then started it on gasoline using the remote and it started immediately. Ran smooth with no apparent problems. Stopped the generator and hooked up a propane tank, switched from gasoline to propane and started it on propane using the remote control. I love it! I can't believe I am getting this much generator for the price.

I bought this in February for our travel trailer because we needed 50 amp and I wanted remote start. After the first couple times using it the battery went dead, hence the 4 star instead of 5. Now we have to hand start it rather than the remote. But all in all it does its job well.

I received my generator in excellent condition and found it very easy to assemble. It was even easier to start it up, as it fired on first try. I ran a test run hooking the generator unto my house electrical system and "bingo", the generator powered the whole house (less the A/C). It is especially exciting knowing I can run the generator on either propane or gasoline. The electric start makes things so easy. I'm comforted knowing that I have back up power in case of emergency.

This machine is a delight to own and operate. It's super compact, powerful, and has lots of different outlets so you can power anything you want. This generator is designed and built the way I would design and build a machine that I knew I would have to use, maintain and rely on. Each of the electrical as well as mechanical fittings, plugs, and controls are easy to access and clearly marked. It's got great quality construction, and the fit and finish are very good.

I was tired off power outages so i decided to do something about it. I decided to purchase the portable WGEN9500DF generator. I had my electrician install a 50amp generator connection outlet because I really wanted to have enough power be able to power my boiler in winter or my hvac unit in the summer and along with a few other small appliances. This generator did not disappoint! Plus with the added bonus of being duel fuel you can't go wrong.

I bought his a few weeks ago and have only ran it once to test it out but everything worked like it should and is built well. It has tons of features I love like the duel fuel option, electric start and display for wattage usage, etc. I recommended this generator to several friends and family.

This generator is jam-packed with features, straight forward and easy to access controls. My electrician had been recommending a couple of other brands to his customers for back up use and had not seen one of these. Not any more. My electrician saw mine and said it's the one he is going to get for his home.
