I really liked the traditional user manual. Product was as it was advertised, well packaged and protected from shipping damage. Deliver on time. I think this was a good purchase, appears solid and well built. One minor issue, when bolting on a rubber foot, the welded bolt did not match the hole so the bolt would not screw into the bolt.

After a lot of research, I chose this generator to fill our needs. Dual fuels, remote start are just a few of the features that put this generator a step above. I wanted a portable generator that my wife could maneuver and operate when I was at work and this works perfectly for her.

After much research and reading numerous excellent reviews, we decided on the WGen9500DFc. Wheels and mounting feet were simple to install. We just ordered the proper gauge extension cords for our needs, Unit is well built and rugged. Able to run on gas or propane is a big plus for us

Just purchased and received 6/9/23. Very courteous delivery personnel. Great directions made setup easy in about 20 minutes. Added oil, added gas, connected battery , and generator fired right up with no issues. I did have to add more oil than supplied to achieve full mark - oil level measured with cap screwed out and dipstick inserted. The 20’ cable I purchased to hook generator into my fuse box fit perfectly and no issues with wheel interference.

I have just received this generator and have only operated it for a 60 minute break-in. It fired up right out of the box, no hesitation at all using propane. First off I would like to point out the quality that is built into this machine. The electric start is a great feature, and also including this really cool long distance key-chain remote to start and stop it from over 100 yards away. No need to weather the storm to stop or start your generator. Another great feature is the dual-fuel ability. this allows you to switch between gas or propane without even turning off the generator. no more temporary blackouts while you change the type of fuel. Includes everything you will need to start it up, (Minus you fuel choice) including a wrench, spark-plug tool, funnel, pouch, propane hose and regulator assembly and even the 1-quart 1-ounce bottle of oil. When this item arrived and was opened every thing was in perfect condition. The packaging was superior in protecting the unit. Assembly was amazingly simple and well thought-out. One of the first indicators of this machines quality is when you first lift the transporting handle to move it. It is a beefy handle with foam wrapping for comfort. The very well designed balance of this generator makes it effortless to more about. My wife can move it with little effort. The tires are large and the lift handle is strong, hefty and secure. O yeah.... the units resting feet have suction cups built-in to prevent the generator from creeping around while running on a smooth surface. I can not wait to put the this machine to work.... Two times the generator was needed. Both times it would not start without using starter fluid directly. Sprayed into the carburetor. When it ran, it ran well. Since it’s under warranty and used only two times totaling < 10 hours. Asking the manufacturer correct the malfunction and make customer well. Thank you.

i was impressed before i ordered it. i was even more impressed once received it. it has features that are not even mentioned in the description. it has everything needed. nothing else to buy. complete hookup, gasoline and propane. PERFECT Thanks Westinghouse for a great product'

I followed the set-up procedures, then put the oil in, hooked up the battery and fueled up, turned on the gas valve. took just a few rotations and it fired up. let it run for a few minutes, turned on the Bracker and tested all outlets, very nice and it will easily handle my needs. thank you

I bought this one-month ago as a backup generator for my house. Assembly was easy. With both a supply of propane and gasoline on hand, I particularly love the dual-fuel feature of the generator since I could run out of either fuel, but not likely both. Since I haven't needed to generator yet, I can't yet vouch for dependability, but it looks to be a well built, high-quality generator. If I have problems with it, I will update my post. So far, so good.

After reading the reviews, i felt this was a great selection. Some minor issues with assembling- feet install bolts would not thread in due to bad alignment in assemble, the pin for the one of the tire mounts would not go through the hole due to a metal bur, had to clean up....
