I just got this generator yesterday. I purchased it for the flexibility of dual fuel and it is large enough to still run my small A/C unit, fridge and freezer. I like the fact that is still has the pull start option, as batteries and electronic push buttons will eventually have issues. It is heavy at 220 lbs dry, but is easy to unpack and assemble the wheels, feet, battery connection, and engine oil. Hooked it up to propane tank for test and started on the 5th pull. Started on 1st pull each try thereafter. Push button start on the console worked fine, as did the remote start key fob. I tested the fob at about 50 yards, and it started and stopped fine. Manual states will start up to 109 yards. Noise level is reasonable for the size of generator. Rolls well with the hinge out handle and large wheels. The 120 V AC GFCI plugs worked fine. Have yet to test the 240V outlets. Only tool not provided is a crescent wrench to tighten the propane connection to the supplied hose/regulator. Documentation is easy to follow and provide adequate level of detail. Too early to comment on long term performance, but early indications are favorable.

I purchased this generator to supply power to our two livestock water wells during power outages. With hundreds of head of livestock, we cannot be without water for any period of time. The remote start allows me to keep power so water flows, as well as supply heat to the pump houses during freezing weather. Duel fuel allows me to keep the generator running because we store gasoline and propane and are not dependent on deliveries during bad weather events. Portability is essential.

I bought this a month ago and it took me a little while to get around to starting it for the first time. Had a little trouble, but worked it out (make sure the 'auto' choke engages, it might need a little help). Lots of power and less noise than my previous generator.

Bought it because I needed something to run my 50 amp camper and my house during long power outages. I turned on everything in my camper and had no problems! I haven’t gotten to use it on house yet. Only complaint I had was that the carb solenoid had a wire unplugged which took me a little bit to figure it out. Other than so far so happy

I bought this a month ago and it was super easy to setup. It started right up. I haven’t really got a chance to use it yet. Power hasn’t gone out, but I know i’ll be ready for it. I love the push start and remote. Its super easy that my wife can use this when i’m not at home.

Delivered today. I am impressed with the quality and solid build of this product. The framework is like what you find on a commercial heavy duty generator. The installation of the wheels and standoffs was relatively easy. (it is a heavy generator) The wiring and hose lines are neatly run and tied together to reduce movement. Also liked the "extras" such as tool kit, battery trickle charger and ability to disconnect the battery with a pull of a connector and a remote start key fob attached to the pull cord so you know you have one. Nice touches all around. Westinghouse has always been quality. Our Westinghouse Refrigerator, oven and dishwasher are one of the reasons we went with Westinghouse.

I bought the generator and am thrilled with the features, along with the fact that it can be run on gas or propane. Handle and wheels makes it convenient for a female to get it in position for use. Electric start is also one of the best ever features! I'm ready for hurricane season!

Read all the reviews, which were 95% all positive. The only negative ones were mainly dealing with shipping damage issues. Just received it yesterday, arrived in excellent shape. Set up and start up was easy. The only thing I needed to do was buy more 10W30 oil. The oil provided was barely enough to get it to the minimum safe level. I wasn't taking any chances just for peace of mind. I read some reviews about it being loud, not so. I put this together in my garage due to it being cold outside. When it started ( in my well ventilated garage) it was surprisingly quiet.

Great generator. Easy to assemble and operate. Duel fuel option is a huge plus when dealing with power outages when gas may not be ready available. This is a heavy piece of equipment, but maneuvers well with large non-inflatable wheels. We have a transfer inlet hooked into our breaker box.

Daughter bought a smaller model and seemed very happy. I bought the 9500 dual fuel because it is so much simpler to run propane than gas in the event of a brief shutdown. Everything, including oil was provided and I hooked up my grills propane tank and it cranks right up.
