I bought it a month ago. Delivery took longer than Amaxon predicted, but it got here fine with the box intact. A few days later I opened it to begin assembly and testing. This was routine and went quickly and without complications. I added the oil as instructed and since I have a dual fuel I decided to attach a propane tank first. It started right away. I stopped it after a few minuts then tried the remote start with the fob key. Same thing, easy to start and stop. Ièll continue testing once a month, especially since I live in Canada where temperatures sometime go to - 25C. How will it start when it is that cold? All is set for the next power outage. There have been some bad ones lasting many days in the last years. I feel I now have good insurance to get through them comfortably.

I just purchased the WGen9500DFc and have not had the opportunity to use it (thankfully). However, after researching many generators and reading numerous reviews, I decided on the WGen9500DFc based on great reviews and impressive options available (especially the dual fuel option. It appears extremely well built, and it was very easy to assemble (all I really had to do is install the foot mounts and wheels!) I live in Florida and, as this is expected to be a busy hurricane season, I feel more at ease having purchased this generator!!

I purchase this Generator two Months ago as protection against power outage's during Hurricane season, this is my second generator, this one is the smoothest in all aspects starting handling. my wife felt very comfortable in being able to operate it if I'm not home.

When the generator was first received and took it out of the shipping box it did not want to start. After a call to customer service they sent detailed directions on what to do and no problems since. The problem was with the spring/pin mechanism on the bottom of the carburetor. Customer Service was very helpful and friendly.

Bought this generator recently after doing a lot of online research. So far it is measuring up to my expectations. The build quality is really good. Setting up the generator was easy. Tested it with a 30amp cable to power a few devices. Also tested with 50amp cable connected to the house - easily powered our refrigerator, microwave, and all other appliances/lights/etc on the sub-panel. Love the electric start and fob for remote start/stop. The fold down handle and sturdy wheels make it easy to take the generator in and out of the garage. The only issue i had was that the battery came with quick-connect wires, while the manual referred to a different set of wires. Not a big deal though.

I bought this unit as it is Dual Fuel, it has good reviews and am able to run 50 amp cord (not included) directly to my house panel through new installed 50 amp inlet. Hooked up to propane tank and started immediately through electric start key fob. ran for 30 minutes perfectly. A great unit for our Hurricane outages!.

I bought this product in Aug. of this year. The assembly and functionality has been very easy. Had it wired to the house direct, at a small cost .It started right up on 1st try. I will sleep better knowing I am prepared to keep house functioning if we lose our power.

East Texas: Ordered WGEN9500DF and received in better than expected time. No problems getting generator up and running. Instructions well written and easy to follow. Dual fuel will keep us going if any outages this coming year. Highly recommend this generator for quality and pricing.

With all the stuff going on in the US and World these days, I thought it was a good idea to finally get a generator….I have been considering it for years, but decided to do it now. I spent about 10 hours doing research on generators and reading reviews and decided on the WGen9500DF. It had very good reviews and I can see why. I followed the instructions and was able to assemble it without issue, although I would suggest having a second person around to help you tilt it when installing the wheels as this generator is very heavy. I added the oil, plugged in the battery, hooked up my propane tank and it fired right up, no problem. I plugged a couple of things in it to test it and was confused a first because that didn’t work, but then I noticed the GFI button I needed to push, and after that everything worked great..ran my drill and a shop light without issue. I will probably have an electrician wire the switch into my house so I can run what I want to run inside my house without dragging power cords around. I love this generator and it gives me peace of mind knowing that I have it.

Received this today with a slight problem. My intent is to run this strictly off propane. I have been unable to get is started, or to run on propane, gas works fine. I contacted customer support and they were very supportive assisting me in troubleshooting and registering my unit. They will be sending me a new fuel selector switch, which is a simple replacement. Running on gas I would say this is probably half the volume of my old 5500 generac. Would have given 5 stars except for the propane issue, which I am confident will be corrected.
