I recently purchased this generator. Assembly was real easy it took about 30 min to complete Has all the features that you would need. I compared to several brands and in my opinion this was the best one in this size. Noise level is not bad from about 25 ft i could talk to another person with no problem

After reading the reviews, I purchased the Generator Wgen9500DF with a watchful eye on delivery that I was getting the right Model and no damage to shipping box. Everything was a go when the guys pulled from truck. We unpacked the unit, read through the instructions and had the Generator running in just under 30 minutes. In another 30 minutes we ran test on house hookup, two thumbs ups. Haven't had a need for supplemental power yet, but the unit is in place and ready to go when we do.

only had the generator for a couple weeks, but she fired right up no problems, did a break in period with it using propane so I wouldn't have gas left in it during storage, I really like the dual fuel system since i always have propane around the property and can easily use the generator during an unexpected outage.

We bought 2 generators for backup if / when the power went out. We were so pleased with the first two that we decided to buy a third for carrying around in the camper. The generator was packaged nicely with no damage and the instructions were clear. I would definitely recommend this generator to anyone.

Recently moved to a quiet rural area which unfortunately has thousands of dead ash trees. Don't even need a storm for these trees to fall and cause power outages so we needed a good reliable power generator. The Westinghouse 9500 Dual Fuel gives us the ability to run the household and the flexibility of using gas or propane. The unit was delivered in one day and was easy to assemble...only feet and wheels. Here's hoping that we don't need to start it up often!

I bought this unit because I like having the option to use propane or gas. I am using the 50amp output to an outdoor receptacle I installed. I put in a 50amp breaker and interlock kit in my main service panel. When on generator power it easily powers my lights, furnace, heat, TV, computers, etc. This makes the occasional power outage much more tolerable, not to mention no longer running around with extension cords. Highly recommend to this setup for those looking for peace of mind during outage

I bought this generator about 3 weeks ago to complete my project of being able to power my house whenever there are power outtages. In Michigan, it seems to become more frequent. I owned a Subaru Robin 400 and it was a great machine, but it could not power the whole house, it was heavy as heck, and I had to use a power drill to start it (pull rope broke). I asked around and my buddy suggested getting a Honda, but Honda's are really expensive. The one I wanted to power my home was almost 4K! I looked at the The Predator 8500, and has high ratings, and a "knock off" version of the Honda. So, I researched generators and the Westinghouse kept popping up. I like the easy install, the dual fuel option, and electric start. This bad boy started on the second button push. The 9500DF can power my whole home and nowhere near as loud nor as heavy as my old school Subaru Robin (much respect). Great buy. I am very, very, pleased.l

Bought in preparation for hurricane season. Didn’t start right up from directions. Had to plug in battery charging port. Attempted using AC outlets and they didn’t work. Called customer service. They said it needed to run for an hour before outlets worked. Two hours later - not working. Attempted calling customer service 5:25pm on Sunday system hung up on me three times. Hopefully customer service is there for everyone when hurricane hits. Will update more as needed.

I looked at a lot of generators on line, and the WGen9500DF stood out above all the rest. Order it and was delivered sooner that expected. After assembling the wheels and legs. Put the qt of oil in that came with the generator plug the battery up. Hooked the LP bottle up and the generator fired right up with no problem. This is a nice built generator. O and it has a fob to start and stop the generator remotely. Very pleased with the price also.

Arrived on time and in perfect condition. Easy, minor assembly and no surprises. Strait forward removal of neutral ground bond wire for powering main breaker panel. Easy earth ground rod attachment. Started 1st try with remote or panel button. Worked on gasoline and propane. Excellent features.
