I just got this set up today and cranked it up; runs like a champ. Plugged in a few tools and things and they all worked fine. I plan to use it for major power failures, as we have lost power for up to 2 weeks after the last few hurricanes. I am confident it will do the job.

It arrived on time and in great condition. Assembled together with no issues. Fired it up and so far so good! Can’t wait for the next Hurricane (I’m kidding). I honestly hope I never have to officially use it, but am relieved that Westinghouse had got my back.

I bought a Westinghouse pressure washer two years ago and it has worked perfectly which helped us decide to buy the WGen9500DF Generator. We have dangerous thunderstorms in the Spring and Summer and Hurricanes in the Fall which cause lengthy power outages. A reliable generator is a necessity. We researched several different generators and the Westinghouse WGen9500 generator was reasonably priced and has performed just as good as the pressure washer. It was easy to set up with very good easy to understand directions. The controls are well placed and also easy to operate. I highly recommend the WGen9500 and the Westinghouse pressure washer!

I purchased this after a prolonged power outage in Connecticut. Two days after the electrician wired a connection we lost power again. I had the generator running on gasoline powering nearly the entire house in 10 minutes. It kept us going without a hitch. It's easy to start and reliable. What a comfort to have for emergencies!

This generator is excellent, the features are outstanding and we love how powerful it is. Only used propane, but so far so good. All generators are loud while operating, but this one actually runs a little bit quieter than we expected, especially for being such a large capacity.

First, I have to complement the easy to read manual with all the proper setup instructions and maintenance manual. This product is boxed without the wheels attached and was easy to assemble those few parts. Rolls smoothly. This will be most important to me as part of my hurricane supplies, & great that it is dual fuel as these resources can be very hard to find just before or after a disaster. I also like that the outlets have rubber weather covers on them especially fir outlets that will not be in use.

Received the generator in excellent condition. Installed the wheels and the stands, easily. Added oil, hooked up battery, hooked up propane, and hit start on the remote. She cranked right up. Looking forward to years of service from this generator.

I am pleased that this generator was built in Vietnam, not China. It has numerous features and as a result it has much more utility that was not apparent to me initially. I'm looking forward to relying on it in a power failure at my residence. The electric and remote start capability is a real plus. The owners manual was very comprehensive, and made the set up relatively painless. The sale price was a significant purchase motivator.

We live in a rural area that has frequent power outages. This is a replacement for my old gas powered generator that the tank rusted and fouled the carburetor constantly. We plan on ONLY using propane, which should eliminate any problems, and this generator is powerful enough to run my entire house during the storm(s)

After purchasing a iGen4500DF, I knew that I wanted a Westinghouse to be able to power 220V for my well pump and other high power appliances. ~10K is what I needed, and also wanted the dual fuel option. The instructions were clear, and in no time, I had the generator wheels installed, and started it right up. It's just what I was looking for and feel confident that I'll be ready for the next power outage!
