Just bought have only ran it for a hour or so, but it is doing what I had hoped for. It is able to run my 2 horse deep well pump with the 30amp 240 volt. and power our 50amp 5th wheel with many appliances on..and air conditioner..runs and starts smooth...I should be ready for fall/winter power outages

Got it out of the box In perfect condition. The instructions were clear and precise. Tons of cool features...Auto style push button start, charger for the battery, tools to assemble, they thought of everything. Pushed the start button and it fired right up! Can't wait for the power to go out!

Packing was perfect. Good looking Workmanship. Set up was easy following the easy to read instructions. Filled the engine with the included oil, added gas and connected LP. Set fuel selector for gas, Followed starting instructions then Pushed the electric start button and engine fired right up. Connected a couple electrical tools to see what the generator would act like under a load and everything operated perfectly. While the generator was running on gas I switched the fuel switch to LP and without any loss of power it was running on the LP. Then switched the fuel back to gas and it was again back to running on gas. So easy to switch fuels while it is running. The easy starting will be a blessing when the power goes out to soon.

I purchased the 9500DF for it's exceptional features after making several comparisons to similar products. Unpacking and minor assembly were both a breeze thanks to the enclosed quick start up guide. The remote start key fob was one of the main selling points as well. Follow the instructions in quick start guide, and you'll have your generator running in less than 30 minutes.

I have been wanting a generator for a while now and I finally pulled the plug. I installed a transfer switch myself it was very easy if you are somewhat mechanically inclined. I have been researching generators for a while now and decided to go with this one. It is a beautiful machine and appears to be very well made and easy to operate.

Bought to replace aging generator to use during storm outages in Louisiana. Assembly was minimum and easy with the supplied instructions. Started right up and ran great. Have not used to run my house yet but should run the complete house as I have only window units and gas stove and water heater.

This generator is well built and solid. It comes with everything you need to get started, including oil and a unique oil funnel to make adding oil to the unit easy and spill free. It runs smooth. I bought it to power our home during power outages, which is done by connecting a 50 amp cord from the generator to a receptacle I installed next to our home breaker panel. My only complaint with this unit is the location of the 50 amp outlet on the generator. It is directly above the wheel, which creates an obstruction for the 50 amp cord, and makes it difficult for the plug to enter the outlet fully. This is due to the 90 degree elbow on virtually all 50 amp cords. They are constructed this way (vs. a straight cord, like a 30 amp) to not put so much force on the outlet because the 50 amp cords are very heavy due to their thickness (6 gauge for my 25 foot). Photo attached. For this size unit, which is used commonly with 50 amp power generation, it would make sense to swap the location of the 50 amp outlet with the 120V receptacles. Hence the 4 star rating.

Bought the WGen9500DF to replace my old under powered generator. It arrived in good shape and was able to install wheels, fill the oil in a few minutes. Very easy set up. Connected it to my propane tank and she started immediately and is not as loud as my old generator. Very pleased with this unit. I'm buying another one for a second home on our property.

I originally bought a Westinghouse 7500W Gas Backup Generator in 2003. It served my family faithfully for almost 20 years at our home in Washington State. any where from a couple of hours to up to 9 days of continuous operation during winter power outages. I serviced it periodically and kept it covered for protection outdoors year round. Always started within 2 pulls. Now that I am older and wiser I bought this bigger Dual Fuel with electric start and she fires up without a problem.

I haven't had to rely on this during an outage yet but it will do what I need it to do. I did a test run to make sure it will operate my home rainwater 200v pump and filter. It's big and heavy but worked like a champ pumping and filtering water. Propane only so far, the push button and key fob start are sweet. Looks solid.
