Westinghouse WGen9500DF was delivered well packaged and in excellent condition. Put it together and had it running inside an hour; just follow instructions. One concern I would say is the 10W-30 oil provided was not enough to completely fill the generator. . This is a very nice machine and well built. Pulls the rated wattage (only ran gas so far). The generator was easy to start and runs much quieter than our current generator it replaced. Customer service is excellent, answering questions before purchase and after purchase concern we had with the quantity of oil provided. Customer service sent another bottle to top off the oil properly. So far I couldn’t be happier with this purchase. Can’t wait to use it on our next power outage but hope it doesn’t come to soon!!

I been needing a good generator and I studied for weeks and went with the Westinghouse Generator cause it had the best reviews and all the features that I needed. It for emergency times and I feel confident that it will provide plenty of energy for when that day comes . I will run it once I get my propane tanks this week. My neighbor purchased the same unit a week ago during a power outage and it ran perfect for 3 days. It handle all his homes power needs without any problems. So I decided to purchase one. I purchased this generator on 9/26 with an expected delivery date of 10/12—by some miracle it got delivered the day after I purchased it (on 9/27) and Hurricane Ian hit our area on 9/28. We’ve been using it for 3 days now to power most of our house (not the central AC but it could power a window unit if we had one with the rest of our house)—plus in addition to our house we are running the refrigerators of both of our neighbors without any problem! It starts without issue and runs great. Excellent purchase!! We still don’t have power and don’t know when it will be restored but this generator has been fantastic through it all.

I bought this generator in June of 2022 as I live in Southwest Florida. We were hit by Hurricane Ian on September 28, 2022. This generator was simple to setup and ran for 7 Days straight absolutely any issues. I changed to oil every 25 hours. It ran 3 refrigerators and everything in the house except my central air conditioner. I have nothing negative to report about this generator, simply amazing!!!

I tested the dual fuel generator for familiarity and feels solidly built with an integrated design. It has excellent safety features, good documentation, and started up on propane in less than 2 seconds. It will serve me well if needed as a whole house emergency backup power source.

I bought this in Oct 2022. It was delivered quickly. It was on a palette in a regular cardboard box, so I had to cut the box open to get to it. It was able to pull it part way out and lift up the end to attach the wheels and legs. Finally able to run it today and it is doing great. So happy to have the dual fuel and so many starting options. My meter says it is producing about 42 DB noise level. Put a minor load on it and it is cruising along. Bonus cover will be a great help in storage.

I bought this generator at a bargain.the shipping company was very good and quick considering the ice storms in the area.the generator was a little hard to start on propane hopefully that changes once the engine breaks in. Was in good condition when delivered.the only negative is the wheels the right one rubs on the battery box

Purchased this generator because it is dual fuel and should be big enough for emergency home power. The unit was received in excellent condition with no damage. I ran it for about 30 minutes with no load on gas and then switched it to propane with no issues.

I bought this generator because the first one I had wasn’t cutting it I needed something with more power and this one definitely for the bill. I’m more than pleased with the performance and overall abilities of the WGen9500DF. Having a key fob is pretty doggone cool too!
