I bought this before the hurricane season started and boy am I glad I did! I was a little reluctant to purchase this size because of the weight and bulkiness. Westinghouse scored on this production as they thought of most every detail before producing.

Im not mechanically inclined and was a little intimidated but that fsded away as soon as I read the. instrructions! I wanted a generator that I could count on in an. electrical blackout. I hooked it up in 20 minutes. It purrrrs and I hope I never need it. I feel very secure knowing the 9500 is a few. steps away

Bought this generator in May to be prepared for hurricane season here in the Houston area. Got our first hurricane in Beryl and lost power for a few days and this generator not only lived up to the hype but it was a life saver and the dual fuel option is great. You get a better and longer run time from gas and better performance. Propane is great if you don’t want the hassles of running a generator out of gas. It really isn’t that bad, and now you can get ethanol free gas which will definitely help this year. You get more watts out of gas too. Love, Love Love!!!!

Just received this gen last week and used it during a resent 3 day power outage to keep our freezer and refrigerator. Ran it on 20 # propane bottles. Unit started immediately and ran smoothly for many hours. Currently very satisfied but only have very limited usage.

I had an older generator that finally died so I replaced it with this one. The wife is happy because she can start it with a push of a button and also with a remote! Dual fuel is a bonus, as you get long run times with a full tank of gas and a propane tank.

This is my second generator and I'm getting older so I thought that by having a push start it would make it easer to get it going. I also love that I can use 2 types of fuel. This is one of the assets to my house. Cant wait to use it. Although it is a little heavy to move

We ordered this generator on Monday and got it in the mail Tuesday. It was very easy to setup and comes with everything you need to get up and running. We connected it to our house to test our hookup and we were able to run a lot more items than we anticipated. Very happy with this purchase and highly recommend.

The Generator exceeds my expectations and is really mobile for the power it delivers. I own a small mobile food service company and we need to make coffee, and fry our pasteries. This generator gets it all done! Switching from LPG to gasoline is simple as can be and the instructions are very clear. 5 stars.

A solid generator with a ton of options and flexibility. Power output is solid for the units size. It’s large, but not all that difficult to move around by hand thanks to the nice and solid handle. Great to have electric start, including the remote. It worked very well and makes it easy to start by anyone (while also having the pull cord as backup). It includes a charger for the battery which is great to keep the battery charged and ready to go. Also being dual fuel gives a lot of options. I like the propane option. Running off a 20lb grill gas tank is super easy, and avoids having to put gasoline in the unit making it heavier to run and requiring stabilizer when it sits for long periods of time. yes, output capacity is slightly derated on propane, but the ease and clean burn from propane is worth the trade. Overall a solid unit with a ton of features. Very happy with the purchase.

We purchased the W9500DF generator a little over a month ago as an upgrade from our previous generator. So far, I’m very impressed with the electric and remote start features. We are still in the break in phase, but will soon be really putting it to the test. We have a 50 amp inlet and interlock switch so we can power pretty much everything in our house.
