My generator came yesterday and the little set up that was required was very straight forward. It fired right up the first time and ran great. It is a little loud, but honestly, I was expecting it to be louder, so that was nice. Overall, I am very pleased.

I really liked the traditional user manual. Product was as it was advertised, well packaged and protected from shipping damage. Deliver on time. I think this was a good purchase, appears solid and well built. One minor issue, when bolting on a rubber foot, the welded bolt did not match the hole so the bolt would not screw into the bolt.

I haven't used it yet but I'm prepared for this years hurricane. There are a couple of things that I'm excited about on this generator. First, It's a push button start or key fob. As a back up it does have the manual pull start. That I hope that I never have to use .At my age, pull start is just to difficult. Second, is that it is dual fuel. I love that fact that it runs of propane. That makes storing it so much easier not having to drain gasoline out of it. The instruction manual is very detailed. This is my first portable generator. I feel confident that I can run it properly.

I BROUGHT THIS UNIT A WEEK AGO AND FINALLY STARTED IT UP. I USE THE PROPANE OPTION TO START. I HIT THE KEY FOB AND IT FIRED RIGHT UP WITH NO PROBLEMS. I THINK THIS UNIT WILL SERVE US WELL IN THE FUTURE. AT THIS POINT I'M SOLD WITH IT. EVERYTHING APPEARS TO BE SOLID.

I just bought this and everything checks out just fine. I am concerned that I can't seem to find the two high altitude kits I need for operating at 9200 feet. Otherwise, it easily power selected circuits in our house, including being able to start our well pump (8000w start up). I never thought I would ever say, "Can't wait for the next power outage."

Outstanding workmanship. Great instructions that, in spite of its weight, allowed me to totally prepare the device. It is also not as noisy as I thought it would be. Living in FL, my wife has been after me to get something to protect our food/lights. Hope I never have to turn it on. Beautiful piece of equipment! This Genset has great features that Compareable units in its price range do not have . The receptacles are clearly labeled what they are, which makes finding plugs a breeze . The Duel Fuel option is also a plus. Comes with charger to keep battery at full capacity. Also has a remote start which is a nice feature have .Assembly was 5 minutes. I Would highly recommend this Genset to anyone looking for a backup generator .

Very impressed with the power output of this unit and how easy it is to use. I wish the instructions were a bit more specific to my particular model as a recommended me to do certain things with photos that weren’t applicable, however, it was pretty easy to Navigate despite that. I hope to never need to use this for a power outage, but glad I have it in case it happens.

Quick Start Guide could make it easier to set up the generator if it included a sentence saying that, "The entire quart of oil will be used in the initial setup." This would make it easier than having to check the oil level constantly since the guide doesn't make it clear how much oil is needed and stresses not to overfill.

This generator is a beast in weight, production value, and power generation. I am very happy with the quality of construction and especially the well-thought-out instruction materials that were obviously written by someone for whom English is indeed their first language.
