I purchased the WGen9500DFc about a month ago and have used it briefly to test the power. It will power most of our household items that are necessary in the event of a loss of electrical power which includes our well pump, furnace, refrigerators, TV, and computer. The generator started right up on propane and ran smoothly. It is a little loud when standing nearby, but should not be too loud inside the house. The wheels make it fairly portable on level ground, but it is heavy at 212 lbs. so it would be a struggle to pull it up an incline. I am happy to have this generator in the event of a future power loss.

After going through two hurricanes with an inadequate old unit, we ordered this generator just in time to get us through hurricane #3. User friendly and powerful enough to do a great job. We feel very secure that we will have power enough in the future. Highly recommend.

Shipping was faster than expected. The delivery was flawless and the driver was very professional and great to work with. Awesome solid built unit. Start up was a breeze and I started it on propane. Have run it about an hour with lights hooked up to it no problem. The handle and wheels . Instructions are spot on for wheel assembly and start up. Cant ask for much better in a unit this size!!!Wish I had it sooner but now we have a good back up in the event of another power outage.

Everything you need in a generator, dual fuel, electric start, easy mobility, all the hookups for rv or home. Washed it off after spilling gas and wouldn't start for 3 days. Still waiting for technician to return my call. Finally started, guessing it is an issue with the on/off switch.

Just got this generator. Hooked it up to my underground propane tank, pressed the button and it started right up. Supports 50 Amp and 30 Amp service. Plan on putting in a dedicated 50A input to the house for those Florida hurricanes we know we will get. This thing can power my house and central AC units. Set up was simple as pouring in the supplied oil and connecting fuel. Nicely built unit, clean and well designed. I thought it was going to be a loud generator but it was not as loud as many I have heard. Only thing that was a little lacking was the 1 qt of oil that does not quite fill the motor. You will have to pick up a little more to fill it to the proper level. My wife and I are super happy to have this in the garage to power the AC on those super steamy hot Florida days when the neighborhood power lines are on the road. We have been without power for a week before in just such a situation. Not fun.

This is the first generator that I have purchased for my home as a backup for hurricane season. I have so far only used it for relatively smaller loads; refrigerator, lights, electronics, etc. But more importantly I find it to be extremely easy to set up and maintain. Happy with my purchase.

I had read other reviews of this product before deciding to buy. I know that in the event of a power outage I will have more than enough power to keep comfortable. The only downside I can see, or should I say hear, is the amount of noise produced. It was advertised as being approximately as loud as a dishwasher. In reality it is closer to that of a gas powered pressure washer. I think this would probably annoy my neighbors at night but oh well, the loud all night parties they have in the summer months annoy me so it balances out. LOL!

Just got this generator and putting it together. Great instructions, came with tool to use on wheels, spark plug and funnel this was nice. Oil included. Solid machine, like the features charging for battery to keep it charged when not using generator. Noise not bad. Hooked up a propane tank , set-up remote switch on and off and pressed the start button and bam it started right up. Have not used gas yet but really don't want the gas/carb hassle. This is my second generator and the display is nice also. Going to get a electrician to hook up to house .

The item we ordered was matched to the research done by myself. All support items arrived prior to scheduled date of delivery. The "Only" issue was the having to track down the local delivery company from the LTL carrier. 48 hours later and I had to pickup at their dock. No fork truck marks, open to check condition, and now resides "AT the House".

I bout one and ad to take it back. The customer support man was great even though it took six calls and waiting for a couple hours to get through. I also had to drive an hour one way to take it back. I did order another and it did work so far. I’m just now going through the breaking in the engine and oil change. I will have to update review later. One thing is, I lost a day but did decide to give them another try. That should be cause for a discount or something. It was over 200 LBS and I hurt my back loading it by myself and still paying for it!!
